Exactly what you need if you just need a bed to stay in. Clean, friendly, central and easy. Ps. It's on the 12th floor of the building you go into, use the lift.

The location is good as it is close to the downtown area. The building may be difficult to find at first glance. It was clean and the room was spacious for the price. The staff was also kind. You can see the whole view of Cairo from the rooftop.
The hotel is located in one part of a building, so you have to take an elevator to get to the entrance. The elevator is a different type than in Japan, so it's surprising at first, but it's fun to think of it as an experience.
