The spa is very nice and the hydro jets are amazing. The staff there are very nice and they bring you tea and fruits. Very pleasant experience there .

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

Incredible service throughout the entire stay. The Deluxe King Room that I stayed in was even larger than I expected. The staff were always on hand to help with any requests that I had and my sessions at the Iridium Spa were second to none. One of the best hotels I've stayed it & well deserving of its 5-star rating.

It is a luxury hotel, with everything provided. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, and after a 10-hour flight, we returned to the hotel and had a crazy day. We left the next day and didn't enjoy it. The breakfast was incomparably rich and could be packed! There is a machine on the G floor to exchange Egyptian pounds. It is recommended to leave enough time to exchange the machine. Please feel it (／_＼)

If you want to take pictures outside the hotel, Mina Palace is the best choice, but in terms of stay experience and overall environment, St. Regis is definitely better; PS: When our chartered car driver arrived at St. Regis, he also told me that Mina Palace is not a pure five-star. I booked a Nile River view room, but where is the river view? There is a building opposite. I know there are many scammers in Egypt, but at least it should be worthy of the St. Regis brand.

I used points to upgrade to the presidential suite. The room type is very good. Especially the breakfast is an unexpected surprise. It is delicious. It is better than going out to find a restaurant.

St. Regis’ services are still online But I really don’t want to try the Asian dish Tianma. I will definitely regret it.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was okay. Although I put in some effort in the lunch part, it was average, so I think I deserve some credit for my effort.
