Castle Hotel is the best place to discover Cairo! It felt like home to me. I was in 8 different hotels in Cairo on my tour: castle hotel is my family and my choice no1 now. I know where to go to on future trips. Castle Hotel :) The hotel is located in the 16th floor, so you have the best view you can find. You can see so far. You can the city, the Nile, a little bit of a pyramid. Best traffic connection because ramses street. Shops 1 minute walk. Abu tarek koshari 5 minute walk, river Nile 5 minute walk. The staff is amazing. Friendly, always willing to help, welcoming, discrete. It’s a very nice vibe up there. The sounds of the city far away. Very relaxing. Next time I book an extra night just to enjoy the view. It’s just vibrant there and you feel the energy of the city. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything! See you!

The location is convenient for getting around. It's not far from the Nile River, and there's a business district behind it. It's within walking distance of the museum. It's a little hard to find on the 16th floor. There's a lot of traffic on the road at night, and the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming.

The location is good near the Nile River and the museum. However, the payment online is only an advance payment. You can choose to pay by cash or credit card when you arrive at the store. Please note that they do not accept old version of US dollars or damaged (even just a corner, and there is only a hole in it) cash. They only accept intact and brand new cash. If you use a credit card, there is a 5% handling fee. Please note that this handling fee is not even collected by the bank, but is directly calculated by the store.

Good location near the center of Cairo old town. It's hard to find at first, but once you find it, there are various means of transportation nearby and you can spend comfortably. The internet is also connected enough, and the shower can be used hot if you open it for several hours one by one.

Price Performance Hostel
Castle Hostel was very good before ,However it lost its quality a little bit.Cons Location good near tahrir square and metro station , However Sadat metro station closed that I dont know exact reason.Rooms clean , Bathroom also clean But shampoo or soap limited.I know this is hostel But it might be more.Cons Staff at reception a little bit was rude in first day.I didnt like the behaviours But not very big problem.Rooms basic But beds very bad and immediately need to be replaced.the collapsed bed is not comfortable.AC not heating and breakfast very limited.
