I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for double superior room, but was given standard room instead. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the floor and when flushing, it leaked out and smelled bad.
However, when checking out, they admitted that they were wrong by giving me different room category, and promised to compensate when booking with them again. I booked a stay again later on. However, when arriving to check in, they had me waiting for 2 hours due to fixing the LED light.
Overall, unorganized and unprofessional service.

Disadvantages: The hygienic condition is worrying, and the bedding has hair from the previous customer that has not been cleaned. The environment around the hotel is complex. It is not recommended to go out at night as it is unsafe;
Advantages: Breakfast is provided, the staff's service attitude is very good, the room has shampoo and shower gel, and there is a balcony to dry clothes;
