Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️

It’s close to the airport, great place to stay with a nice pool. There’s a seafood restaurant in the complex that I recommend.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

The hotel look very nice from outside and lot of ameneties, i book a double room and i was upgraded to suit, everything was perfect execpt the bathroom.
Toilet was not clean, shower water fall is very slow so with such huge compound, bathroom should be upgraded.

The room has a bad smell. The phone wasn't working and they couldn't fix it . You have to activate the keys every time you go out and in again . There is a water leak we don't know from where. The breakfast is average nothing special.
But the location is perfect and the gardens is really nice .

Despite the hotel’s great location but I won't be returning to that place because I had a bad experience for the following reasons:
The receptionist seemed unhappy and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable.
The rooms were too small, and when I requested a larger room, I was told there were none available. Instead, I was given a key to an even smaller room to go and view it of which was a waste of my time because she knew my request. I would have gladly paid for an upgrade for my family's comfort. the receptionist's attitude and unprofessional customer service left me regretting my stay. Never again!

The environment is good, and staff also nice. But, some devices doesn’t work. This hotel is giving you a different understanding for Cairo

Very disappointed
make me in very trouble situation
the staff did not return us back the passport while we checking in and during check out.
it’s non sense! we left only 2 hours before departure. i called back to the hotel
no one pick up the call
i have to go back to the hotel by myself and bring back my passport
HOWEVER!!!!
the staff saw me so rush but don’t even going to apologize
finally i missed my flight out because i don’t have my passport!
stupid staff!!!!

Stunningly beautiful hotel in well kept gardens. Truly was so stunning.
I had booked a basic single room however my room was gorgeous. Lovely and bright with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
The swimming pool was so lovely albeit cold as not heated.
I took off a few points for amenities only because it was Ramadan so the swimming pool was surrounded by couches and access to the pool was difficult.
In the morning staff were limited as they were probably up all night due to Ramadan. The cinema wasn't open and I had booked the hotel to go to the cinema.
Overall I had a wonderful few days in the hotel and would live to experience this hotel outside of Ramadan.
I paid extra for breakfast which was adequate, nothing special and I bought sandwiches at the bakery. I didn't actually eat in any of the restaurants.
