It's a 30-minute walk from the Gu-raim Square on the map. It was frustrating at first.
So I requested a refund, and both Trip.com and the hotel ignored me - This is what made me stop using Trip.com.
There's no sign at the hotel entrance, and it's in an ambiguous alley, so it's really hard to find the entrance. It's also frustrating.
It's noisy when you sleep, so I guess that's because of the price. But why don't they give you breakfast?? I paid for it? When I asked, they said breakfast is from 9 to 12. Huh??? Breakfast at 12? I got it the second day, but the quality was bad. Never eat it.
And I'm staying for 2 days, so why don't they clean it??? They only gave me 2 towels in 2 daysㅜ? I was frustrated again, but I don't want to talk to them.
The long-awaited highlight. The lobby is right in front of the room, but they keep ******* until the night. I complained once to be quiet at 11 o'clock, but there was no progress and now it's like a nail-punching sound... Ha... Second complaint. The thumping sound is gone, but the kitchen still makes a rustling sound. Even in the morning, there's the sound of dishes and clinking sounds. Annoying.
