Hotel to avoid! We had booked a quadruple room via Booking and we were given a triple room. Not having much time or choice, we stayed for only one night. They gave us a rate but they asked us to cancel the reservation on Booking, they did not want to do it, I quote ''because afterwards we will have problems'' (personally, I do not see what problems you can have but oh well....) I will list everything that was wrong: - room that does not match the photos!!! (Thanks Photoshop) - filthy bathroom!!!! The shower flowed directly onto the toilet. - quite dirty room (traces of fecal matter on the walls) - I asked for 4 towels... at least 7 times before having 2..... - the receptionists at night do not respect the customers by yelling at the reception! With my husband, we asked them 4 times to speak less loudly they answered us ''in 5 minutes! ' and that for almost 3 hours!!! At the end I lost my temper and yelled at them....the boss, a certain Ziad told us "sorry I'm leaving in 5 minutes!" - hotel very poorly soundproofed (good like everywhere in Egypt) - horrible breakfast !!!!! It is served in your room and you have: 2 packets of crisps, two hard-boiled eggs, bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey ham, without water or drink. I think the hotel has just opened, but if you want to continue working you will have to change and improve guys ..... I told you I would put a bad comment... Sorry... Marie-Laure and Ronan
