Good hospitality, full facilities, nice food, gift shop available Will stay again

The hotel room got the worst view ever. I asked reception to change a better view room for two days. I was told the room are full and let ma wait for two days. No mood to comment on others.

The location is good , but furniture is old , the first floor is noisy as if you are on old town streets , the door that access the pool is not closing properly. Some of the reception staff aren’t professional enough to handle 4 stars hotel even ..

Location is good, good security control, service staff are friendly. Airport shuttle was provided, though I was the only guest when I arrived. I wanted to compliment the driver who picked me up, Ahmed, who was very welcoming and introduced Egypt’s buildings and street on our way to hotel. :) I visited in January, stayed for 2 nights and the weather was cool, my hotel room oversees the outdoor pool. I realized the shower gel and shampoo at the bath tub were empty, and was not topped up during the 2 days. Fortunately there’s backup at the shower area. The housekeeping could be improved. Other than that, my stay was quite present.

The staff are untrained, Mr. Moustapha afternoon duty manager was unpleasant and highly rude, The room is basic and dated furniture. The housekeeping just keep an eye on the tips they keep knocking on the door regardless, the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door! It’s a 5 star hotel with 0 star staff! I’m quite shocked to see such behavior of staff especially from the receptionist! The room phone wasn’t working and we made a call from our mobile and she was so upset why we called from the mobile! And couldn’t be bothered to send anyone to fix the issues.. I’m quite appalled to see such downgraded staff!!! I definitely would NOT recommend such hotel. They have us used slippers, used towels, and entered our room while we were not at the hotel. That’s was upsetting and when asked they denied it all..! The staff and managers are sketchy! The managers have the CCTV cameras you should check who has been snooping in the room! As soon as any complaint is made the staff turn a blind eye!!! The treating of foreigners is basic level. Treat others how you wish to be treated..! Thanks.
