This is the worst hotel I have ever been. The man at the reception is rude and uncaring. It is a 3 storied building and there is no lift. It happened I broke a bone on my foot during travelling and it was with great difficulty I managed. They didn’t care and put me on the 3rd floor. What is more they don’t supply milk in the room and we had to buy milk for our coffee. I think the man is either racist or hate customers. Do NOT stay there!!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Room had good facilities and plenty of room. However smelt when we first arrived, although we got use to it. Staff were friendly.

Air conditioner didn’t not work properly, barley cool enough to sleep! The room seemed tidy but smelled musty. The ceiling above the fans had so much dust bunnies hanging down we were afraid to put the fans on.
We couldn’t wait to leave!

The worst hotel!!! No one!!!

They are very hostile to Chinese people, and they dare to racially discriminate! ! ! I have been to so many places at home and abroad, but this is the worst hotel I have stayed in! ! ! No one!!! By the way, Indians in Australia are very hostile to Chinese people. It may be because of their inferiority and psychological imbalance. The local aborigines in Cairns are also not friendly. They often gather together and their eyes are very fierce! ! ! Everyone must go together! ! ! Especially girls! ! ! ! Never go out alone, don’t go to Cairns alone! ! ! !

It's a little far from Cairns Central, about a 30 minute walk, but it's nice because you can walk along the waterfront.
