The facilities are old but the location is super good. It's not far from anywhere and you can walk. There is everything around. It's very convenient for eating, walking or going out to the sea. The hotel's swimming pool is crowded and meals are also provided

A nice place to stay with decent rooms and some nice swimming pools and outside spaces. 15 mins easy stroll to the sea/esplanade and 5 mins from central station. I should mention that ‘garden view’ is an exterior view, the ‘swimming pool view’ is the interior and much nicer.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first was a much better experience. It seems it all depends on the room. This time we got room 101, on the corner of the building and next to the entrance gate and more importantly, next to a street intersection. It was quite noisy all night as trucks and busses accelerate from the intersection. I asked the desk clerk when we checked in if we could have a different room and he refused, even though other rooms were available. I couldn't quite figure out his reasoning. Anyway, this room also sufferers from a very weak air conditioner and is a little smaller than the last room we got (room 119). Basically, the hotel is fine, but your experience may differ based on the specific room.

As a couple this was our first time in Cairns. The hotel is in an excellent location everything is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful including allowing us to store our bags since we had an afternoon flight. Room was spacious and very clean and we liked chilling by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Around 9 o'clock, I thought I had just my luggage and asked for check-in, but they let me into my room. it was very helpful. It's a pity that the windows don't open, but the room is stylish and new, so it's clean. However, the room was so cold that even after switching on the heating, it was still cold, so I had to wear a down jacket inside the room. It was a shame that there was only one chair. The location is perfect.

I arrived at the end of November, the beginning of the rainy season, and arrived at 4am in the pouring rain, and arrived at the hotel at around 6am. I was wondering what to do when the hotel was closed, but someone staying there opened it for me. 　　 The hotel was clean and very relaxing. They allowed me to check in early and were very accommodating, but there were almost no amenities, just a bar of soap, shampoo, and one small bottle of conditioner. No towel changes or additional amenities for the first 7 days... I thought it was humid in the summer, but I thought it can't be helped because towel changes are rarely done in Australia (due to water shortages and to protect resources). I thought the location was about 10 minutes from the main area, but it was quite far with a stroller. Considering the hotel staff's attitude and cleanliness, I think it was pretty good.

Rooms were fine. Security could be better as anyone can drive or walk on to the property anytime. They charge you $3 for a small bottle of water which they should give it to you for free, nothing wrong with the tap water. Restaurant out front was good also. Free wifi, works well.

I have been unable to contact people. The call from Ctrip is the front desk in front of us. No one is there. Later I tried various methods to get in touch. The front desk gave a good attitude to the aunt, and helped us book the rental to the airport at 7:00 the next morning. The room is small and it doesn't feel very comfortable. A total of three rooms were set up, two of which had no quilt and only a quilt, which was very cold at night. The location is very biased, and it is not very big in Cairns, but it takes a long time to find a slightly fascinating meal and supermarket. Breakfast is average, open at 7:00, only jam bread and drinks and cereals.

Each building in the resort complex is provided as an apartment hotel, so if you expect the same level of service as a regular hotel, you will be disappointed. The service is minimal, and the towels and toilet paper provided as a starter kit must be cleaned by yourself or purchased if they get dirty or run out. Although it varies by building, the room I stayed in was well-cleaned and clean. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, living room, bathroom with a jetted tub, and bedroom, and it is spacious and comfortable to stay there as if you were living there. As for the location, although it is far from the center, it is a good environment surrounded by nature such as botanical gardens. For me, who wanted to go bird watching, it was the best location. The reception is closed after 5pm. Trip.com says it is open until 6pm, so I think they should correct that. When I tried to check in, it was closed and there was no one there, which was a problem. At that time, a kind staff member at the Thai restaurant on the premises contacted me, and I was able to safely receive the key and instructions that were in the safe. By the way, this Thai restaurant was very delicious and reasonably priced, so it's worth visiting even if you're not staying at this hotel.
