Ramada By Wyndham Cairns City Centre

The room was spacious and great for relaxing, but the Wi-Fi connection was pretty bad... It felt like there was barely any signal outside the reception area

Unfortunately the pool was going through some maintenance and we were not able to use it, but the location was 10/10. So close to the esplanade and to all the amenities that Cairns has to offer. The room was okay, basic but it was clean and nice to come back to after a full day exploring we had a family room with access to the terrace which was pretty nice and good for the kids to play in.

The Ramada by Wyndham Cairns would be one of if not the worst hotel for cleaning standards  There was hair in the bath tub and on the walls surrounding the bathtub  The bath towels were stained if not properly washed.   Bedding had marks on it and the TV screen was dirty and hard to see a clear picture.   All the louvres in the room were covered in dust.  The toilet flush button got stuck and I had to try and release it so it would flush.   Plumbing was noisey when other rooms were using water.  When reporting to reception on check out  the only response was sorry about that.  Highly not recommended

Team was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, you have the esplanade close by as well as all the touristic thing.  We had a great sleep thanks to their very comfy bed and quiet street, bathroom need some upgrading but you still have all the necessities bathtub and all. The pool was close for renovation but the lagoon at the esplanade is well worth the walk. Would definitely go back :)

Hotel was a bit tired but ok. There was one or two unruly guests that spoilt it.

My bed was comfortable although the rooms and hotel overall is dated
