Staff were fantastic, rooms were well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. The only downfall was very limited parking, but luckily I booked parking beforehand.

Cairns is a nice, warm, green city. The location of the hotel is great, close to the restaurants, shops, promenade where you can enjoy walking or running along the sea. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed. This room has a view of the mountains and the parking lot.

The hotel room had no wifi for our entire 3 night stay. We were told twice someone would come and check it. No one did, and then we were told they were changing their ISP. Hotel is in a great location and the room was lovely but they need to double glaze the windows as the street noise was very loud.

The hotel staff were nice. I was given a disability room rather than a normal one, and they found me another promptly and with a smile. Great location. The one issue was terrible wifi. It was one step above dial-up and took forever for emails or social media to load. I was told it was being corrected, but it did not happen when I was there.

We stayed in the lovely and spacious executive king room, but unfortunately had to move to a deluxe king room with a balcony on the second night due to the executive room being fully booked. We were somewhat disappointed as the deluxe room felt older and less well-maintained, a noticeable downgrade. However, we appreciated the convenient second-floor area with complimentary coffee, books, and games, and the hotel's location was ideal; close to restaurants and shops yet peaceful.

All the other things are really nice, but the wifi cannot be connected in my room. I asked help from the reception, after they checked the wifi connecting conditions, they kindly changed room for me. However, when I came back to the room at night, the wifi cannot be connected again for the rest of the night and the morning after. Also, there are no provides for stuff like shaving kit, body cream. But their service is good and kind.
