Iberostar Selection Ensenachos

Great beaches, spacious villas, good food and wonderful service. No problems, even though we hear about challenges in Cuba. The staff and management are doing an outstanding job to ensure a wonderful experience. We especially enjoy the lobster dinners by the pool.

This resort exceeded all our expectations. We couldn't believe the room that we had on Coral, which was an entire suite (2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge) with a hot tub on the balcony while we expected a regular hotel room. Special thanks to the amazing, friendly staffs who we both loved and who did everything possible to make our experience as good as possible. They really seemed happy to see us satisfied and went out of their ways for it many times. To our surprise, the Coral also had a 30 minutes massage included for both my spouse and I. The food at the Colonial restaurant and the Snack Bar by the beach were amazing as well. They had a music trio for us during a lunch which we really enjoyed. They even made take-out sandwiches for us on our last day as they knew that we were not going to have a supper included later on. The beach at Coral was unbelievable. Kept very clean, 1km long with more than enough space for everyone. Overall the Coral side felt like a big upgrade to the family side and I would recommend it to any couple looking for a peaceful, quiet and relaxing time.

This place is absolutely stunning. The food was delicious and certainly not lacking. The rooms were beautiful, with the best views. The beach was the best I have seen in the Caribbean by far. The staff at this resort are amazing! I enjoyed my conversations with Anier and Alberto at the bar. The drinks were all very good, don’t forget to ask Alberto for his Christmas special drink! So good. My butlers were very attentive, pleasant people. Special shout out to Michel! He organized my room and requests and didn’t miss anything. We came back from our dinner and he had the chamber maid decorate with flower petals, very beautiful and romantic! We had no issues with power or water! If you are skeptical about going I suggest you just go! You would be missing out on a very good vacation! Can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed another 2 weeks at this smaller quiet piece of heaven.It was wonderful to see over 40 new palapas, so no need to save seats at the beach! Thank you Luis for having new loungers and umbrellas on there way for the pool. Orlando or Gordita will find you a lounger if there is not one available. Thank you to all the amazing bartenders, kitchen staff and servers for keeping us well fed and enjoying tasty drinks! Each of you hold a special place in our hearts. There was usually nightly entertainment in the coral and then off to the main hotel for nightly shows.Hector is always there to get us stretching in the morning and then has some interesting competitions or dance lessons in the afternoon. Thank you to all the staff from those who keep the resort and our rooms clean, to all the garden staff who are always planting and trimming, to the thoughtful butlers who see to any needs we may have, even lending us pant!lol thanks Yandry and Diana! We will be returning in February to spend Valentine’s Day with our Cuban family.

I want to take a moment to congratulate all the employees of this beautiful hotel and its management, they are all a united group that coordinates very well, also the animation team, we had a personalized service that seems like a real service we had a team of butlers who were always attentive and always with a smile ready to give their best. Villas with sea view, two super showers and a jacuzzi on the terrace for each villa, air conditioning, well-kept gardens, a bar in the lobby with a family atmosphere, and a la carte restaurant and its impressive and delicious cuisine, I do not want to forget the delicious cocktails that are served in the pool bar "the peligano" bar with its views of the beach, we had the right to have our drinks in the Iberostar Selection hotel and enjoy the shows in the theater Thank you for everything I will return again and this time I will bring more people with me
