The hotel is amazing so calm and relaxing the plants are beautiful. The pool is warm and so inviting. The breakfast was delicious with such a lovely choice of fruit and eggs etc.cooked perfectly. All the staff were absolutely brilliant the whole place is so clean and tidy. The cocktails are the best I have tasted in Costa Rica... We will most definitely return when we come back to Costa Rica. We didn't stay here but came frequently for cocktails and food once we discovered this gem. It's a serene and beautiful spot, with the perfect ambiance for a day in paradise. The service was incredible, they always went above and beyond to make sure you were happy. The bartender Fernando was a magician, making delicious and unique cocktails every time we came. I didn't know about this hotel when we booked our trip otherwise I would have been tempted to stay here too.

This would be one of my favourite stays ever. Let me start by saying the staff are absolutely a delight to talk to and the service is second to none. I had the pleasure of talking to the owner (Tim), this guy is everything an owner should be, greets all the guests, asks if everything is fine and ill accommodate in any way. The rooms are of a minimalist design however; the design is fantastic, as are the washrooms. The common areas (pool/hot tub/bar area) is gorgeous in design. This place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and especially at night. The breakfast was excellent, as is the service that comes along wth it. The bar staff much like everyone at the hotel are so personable that you feel special being there. I cannot say enough about this hotel and I truly hope I did not leave anyone out by thanking them for our enjoyable stay. We will definitely be coming back for a much longer stay next time.

Beautiful and intim design hotel. Recently open, the hotel surprises by originality - great design combining harmoniously Art Deco with modern style, eye for detail - from construction to decoration, all is thoughtfully designed, executed and placed. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is very good, and the experience of sleeping in a tube is original, the only thing I didn't like was the ambient music, the reggaeton is not appropriate, everything else is excellent, I had a massage with April and it was very good, the girl at the reception was super nice and receptive to our comments.

The hotel is original and we liked it a lot! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and makes excellent cocktails. Free bicycles are provided, which meant we could easily get to the center of Puerto Veijo! The breakfast was delicious and the banana cake in particular was a treat for the palate. The only small drawbacks: the pool could be a bit warmer and there was a musty smell in the bathroom!

We stayed from September 23rd to 25th. When we arrived, Ian was very kind during check-in, he took us to our room and told us about all the amenities and facilities that the hotel offers. Once we arrived, there was a surprise for our birthday. The next day, the breakfast was spectacular. The buffet was quite varied. We changed rooms and again Ian was very kind. We had dinner at the pool bar and the food was good!!! On the day of our departure, they offered us the use of the facilities to take a shower and this was very helpful, since we had already checked out!!! Thank you very much for the service provided and we hope to return soon!!!

Super clean and cozy boutique hotel. All staff are super friendly and always willing to help you. Breakfast was delicious and the service is top. Only downside is that it is located a bit further from the village, so you are dependent on a tuktuk, but this is actually not a problem. Oh yes, the jacuzzi is a big plus
