Loved this accommodation. The people were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful historic building and rooms. Very effective air conditioning when needed. Great location for buses to the beach or around town and beyond. However, couple of things to be aware of: the steps to the accommodation level would be very difficult for anyone with mobility problems, and it can be noisy given its proximity to local restaurants but just use ear plugs if you need to.

The contactless check in process was easy and straightforward. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. They offer breakfast each morning and the staff was very friendly and offered me many travel recommendations.

Excellent structure in the center, inside a historic building. Very clean, welcoming room, with a very comfortable bed, with all the comforts and a large bathroom with a much appreciated hydromassage tub. The breakfast served by the beautiful and talented Beatrice is delicious and well presented, with excellent quality and quantity, 5 stars. Congratulations to Daniele and Barbara for their exceptional professionalism and the exquisite hospitality with which they pamper their customers. Definitely coming back and recommending, well done, keep up the good work!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato una notte con mia mamma presso questa struttura e siamo rimaste soddisfatte. Letto comodo, stanza piccola ma con tutto quello che serve. Colazione semplice ma buona per essere anche compresa nel prezzo della stanza. Personale gentile. Posizione ottima per girare tutto il centro storico di Cagliari.

Idéal pour 1-2 nuits avant de découvrir les plages de l’île. Personnel très accueillant , chambres simples , propres . Petit déjeuner très sympa autour d’une grande table dans le salon . Seul inconvénient : se situe au 4eme étage sans ascenseur .
