Such a helpful host and very clean. Valeria serviced the room every day which was such a treat. We didn’t speak Italian but managed to communicate via google translate. She was so helpful and friendly. Lovely balcony and big shower. Unfortunately breakfast was a non starter. I had read the reviews but these were old and obviously the “fresh, sumptuous” breakfast that used to be offered no longer existed. There was coffee with tiny plastic cups, tea but no mugs, no milk. It was all very processed cake, “toast”, jam but no butter or knives. Paper plates. We didn’t bother with most of it. Shame as it looked awesome in the pics.

I was very disappointed, given the expense, both from the location and from the room. Our room, extremely small overlooking an ugly internal cloister. (See photos) with A HORRIBLE GAS SMELL that didn't allow you to spend time on the small balcony. the television positioned far too high that you could almost not follow an entire film, and despite boasting of being a Smart TV with Netflix included, it had no account. So useless (unlike other places I've stayed with the room guest account) All in all expensive, ideal location but there are many facilities in my opinion superior. I'm sorry for the girl who was also very nice to us.

I stayed two nights in this lovely B&B. Well-kept rooms, excellent cleanliness, sweets and drinks in the superlative relaxation area. The owner was ready for my every request and her assistant Daniela welcomed us with warmth and concern. I absolutely recommend it and will stay there again on my next visit to the city.
