We loved this cute boutique hotel. They served the best breakfast of the Salta Province. Handmade with love, in a charming setting. All services were excellent, Frontdesk staff were helpfull and friendly. The location is just 100 steps from the center and restaurants away. I highly recommend it.

Great stay. We stayed at the double room, right above the reception and it was a delight. Nice, “old fashioned” decoration. The personnel was also nice, albeit their English definitely could be improved. The breakfast was “home made” and we enjoyed it very much. I would not recommend so much their second building, the one on the right as you from the street, as the room our kids stayed was not as nicely decorated.

Villa Vicuna - charming boutique hotel in the centre of Cafayate. Large comfortable room, massive bed, very well equipped. Breakfast was delicious, buffet and eggs cooked fresh to order eaten in patio courtyard. A lovely stay however we arrived on a Monday which was a bit problematic as most restaurants etc are closed that evening. The few that were open were pretty poor options. Worth avoiding Cafayate on a Monday if your plans allow!

This is a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Our room was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. There is a lovely courtyard that in which to relax. Breakfast is very good. Many good choices from the buffet and they will make eggs for you. Close to the main plaza

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located and walkable to the main drag. The hotel I believe is connected to Villa Vicuna Salta. However, this one does not seem to have the same flair as the one in Salta and looks much older. Our room (located upstairs) was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. There are no lifts. The breakfast was ok. We found generally that breakfasts in these smaller hotels is generally limited but adequate. You will get toast, cereal, eggs, cakes and coffee/tea/juice. The staff were helpful and polite.

Great little hotel which is located in central Salta. The staff are incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to help. The rooms and bathrooms are decorated and appointed to a high standard. Highly recommend Villa Vicuña.

Façade sur rue sans prétention, mais tout va bien mieux une fois rentré: déco soignée, excellent accueil, découverte d'un patio plein de végétaux. Notre chambre qui donnait sur le patio était assez vaste, elle aussi bien décorée, avec une bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très bien présenté; grande variété des produits proposés, tous très bons. Petite surprise: impossibilité d'avoir des œufs sur le plat (ou peut-être n'avons nous pas su nous faire comprendre). Pas de parking "privé"; les voitures restent le long du trottoir.

No conocía Cafayate, y quedé sorprendida lo bello que es, todo limpio y prolijo. Sumado en alojarnos a Villa Vicuña, donde todo el personal fue súper amable, el lugar es hermosisimo con su estilo colonial. Mas que recomendable sobretodo para venir en familia.
