Wonderfil experience in a wonderful place with extraordinary people taking good care of us. We were lucky to be welcomed and helped by Edith during our stay, she gave us great advices about the region and all the hotel facilities. Thank you all! Hope to see you again one day :)

The hotel is located in a private gated community. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel feels luxurious but maybe a bit out of place. The public spaces are impersonal and maybe too grand for the setting. Pool area is beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the vineyards in the evening as the sun set and after dark. We were warmly welcomed at arrival. Service was very good. The room, however needed a deep cleaning. Our room was huge and we had a lovely view towards the east. The bathroom and dressing area were tremendous. There were windows in the shower and over the tub. We were up early to see the sunrise over the foothills of the Andes. Just beautiful. Breakfast was disappointing. Service was spotty. Difficult to get refills on coffee. The food was plentiful but not tasty.

Stayed here for four nights to relax and rejuvenate after five days of hectic touring around the Salta region. Excellent hotel with very large rooms and a very good restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals. Wonderful views across the vines to the mountains beyond and easy to access Cafayate with a $3 taxi fare. Very friendly and helpful staff and a extremely professional and well priced spa, would recommend to anyone.

First impression fantastic. Lovely location, greeted with a glass of Torrentes and taken to our most impressive bedroom with huge bathroom and every appliance you need. So far so good. However, the restaurant was far from impressive, the staff there were really not helpful or engaging in any way and the food was frankly only OK. Despite a number of English speaking guests present when we were there AND menus in English the lack of staff understanding any English was not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. We asked for tea, and were given coffee. Pizzas were not available but nobody told us. Service was too slow. I also think that for a 5* hotel the swimming pool should be in much shape and condition. All in all a disappointment. I expected more.

Grace Hotel in Cafayate is one of top of the line hotel offered in the vineyard area. For being a category hotel, it does meet the level of branded international hotels. First, the hotel building and rooms and facility are neat clean, space between rooms are for high expectation. The rooms have high ceiling, with temperature controlled in-floor heat make pleasant to walk around with bare foot during low temperature. The shower and bathtub, bathroom is wide spacious and comfortable to move around. For the master villa includes a kitchen and spacious as well. Among many positive aspect, it is remarkable the backyard patio style with view to vineyard and view to the mountain, and it includes amenity to make grills or outdoor spa. (unfortunately the outdoor spa didn't work despite it was asked to have prepared). The food experience is extraordinary as healthy can be. For breakfast, all of offering seems locally made at hotel, from the media luna and pastry, plain yogurt, dried grain, at order omelet/scramble egg/fried egg at the same place, just to mention some of offered breakfast. For dinner, nice local wine Torrontes, good meat as being Argentina you can imagine, good pizza with crispy crust although different as would be compared to NY pizza. Only aspect that make bit off for such experience, is the reservation and checkout process. Having booked via third party reservation platform, on the day of checkin, at the hotel my reservation was not in their system which took quite long to complete it via workaround within hotel system. Scondly, despite of having used credit card in the third party platform, it was not available at the moment of checkout having to go through payment process once more. Third, this mostly has to do with the context of Argentina, but I believe it could be better as I did see other hotels doing it, it is the exchange rate used and method of payment accepted. Furthermore, the payment might differ from the moment of reservation to the moment of checkout as the hotel collect at the moment of checkout. And it is bit confusing as in one case for one day applied one exchange rate and rest of days different exchange rate while the staff told me it apply the rate of the moment of checkout. To conclude, staying at the hotel is one of most extraordinary to have a break of everything happening around of daily life. For this reason the review rating is the highest despite of the downside of reservation and payment experience. Another little aspect it is better, the eating/dining area become bit small as become crowded contrary to the spacious experience within the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately we checked in rather late and did not get to enjoy the facilities of the hotel as we left early the next day. The breakfast spread was very good and staff were helpful and attentive. We did not have dinner at the hotel but I was told it is good.
