The kindness and efficiency of the staff team was incredible. We stayed for a 3 day short break with friends, one of whom has MS. The staff we met ( Danny, Becca, Chad and Gabrielle ) not only ensured we had good access rooms close to each other, and the usual Premier Inn comfy beds, but also made sure that there was disabled parking space and asked us each day if there was anything else we needed. They told us about meal deals in the Ty Harbour, accessible pathways around the harbour and to the castle, and even made sure tea/coffee etc in our rooms were checked and topped up. They made our stay relaxing and problem free. Thank you to a great team.
