Premier Inn Caernarfon

It was a good stay

We’ve stayed in several Premier Inns and this one certainly did not disappoint. The location is really good - the town centre is a pleasant 5 minute stroll along the quayside and there is ample car parking nearby. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. As usual staff were really helpful and welcoming, even recommending a local taxi firm for us. The adjoining restaurant had a beautiful setting right on Victoria Dock and served tasty and good value breakfasts and main meals.

The kindness and efficiency of the staff team was incredible. We stayed for a 3 day short break with friends, one of whom has MS. The staff we met ( Danny, Becca, Chad and Gabrielle ) not only ensured we had good access rooms close to each other, and the usual Premier Inn comfy beds, but also made sure that there was disabled parking space and asked us each day if there was anything else we needed. They told us about meal deals in the Ty Harbour, accessible pathways around the harbour and to the castle, and even made sure tea/coffee etc in our rooms were checked and topped up. They made our stay relaxing and problem free. Thank you to a great team.

The staff were amazing, we were there to do a charity walk for the angelmums and the hotel and all the staff went above and beyond to make us welcome, special treats in our rooms we truly felt they cared. 6 stars if I could! Thankyou Chad and your team it was a difficult and emotional weekend and you made it a little easier 🥰 rooms and beds super comfy too which we needed!!

Absolutely amazing service from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Perfect location for climbing Snowdon for our charity walk, we had a large group booking. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel team went have and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it could be. Such lovely staff who looked after us really well, thank you. We enjoyed our stay in the Premier Inn in Caernarfon on our way to Aberystwyth, so we dedided to come back to Caernarfon on our way back. We were looked after so we'll there. We decided to call there gain. We were not disappointed . Danny and Becca were there. And again they knew us.,and could not have been nicer. Thank you both. Maria and Sean (9 double)
