Without doubt, this is 'the' most perfect b@b we have ever stayed in. Why? 1) The setting is breathtakingly stunning. Set in acres of farmland/woodland. Only the sound of sheep and birds. Heavenly. 2) Hosts are so genuinely friendly and accommodating. 3) The whole large house is beautifully decorated with great attention to creating a relaxing atmosphere. 4) Room is very large, luxurious and has stunning views on to acres of greenery. Large bath, separate shower. Huge and comfortable bed. Cake on arrival with tea, kindly Brough to room. Plenty of biscuits, tea, coffee to make yourself. 5) Breakfast! Wow. 'Bake-off' winners standard. Thank you so very, very much, Beth and Andrew. We'll be back! πŸ˜€πŸ˜ƒπŸ™‚

Its not till you get there that you know it was a good find. Off main road up along a private dirt track which i found ok with my low sports car. As you pull up you can't believe the views for miles great bonus. But our first impression as you walk through the door was hard to believe very will presented clean and well laid out. Greated with tea and cake made us feel at home ,then shown up to are room. The room was the biggest one we have every stayed in looking down the valley Large windows was great seeing the sun come up every morning 🌞 Large bed pillows and sheets first class. We did have a ensuite , more like a bathroom all top quality bath and separate shower . Dining room and food couldn't fault. Top place to stay, would stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay πŸ€“πŸ™‹πŸ‘

We had a lovely stay, the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The room was clean and the towels were fluffy. The breakfast was delicious and Beth was lovely, she made us feel very welcome. We didnt see Andrew this time but we saw him when we stayed here last year, and he was lovely too. We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts are the best that you would ever meet! They are both the loveliest people and were very accommodating to our requests! The rooms are and exceptional size (one of the biggest we have had), and have everything in them you need for a cosy leisure trip! The bed was very comfortable and reminded me of my bed at home (which is very rare for me)... Had a good night's sleep on all 4 nights that we stayed! The breakfast had a variety of choice and was cooked to order and was absolutely delicious! Service was impeccable! The location is beautiful and there is easy access to the nearby town as well. However, Google maps or sat navs do not show the access road to the property, so just follow instructions sent by the hosts, and you will find it easily! We loved our stay and will surely return!

We had the best stay here over the weekend. The owners are super friendly and extremely helpful with all sort of different recommendations for walks or food. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options and the building looks amazing and is super clean.

My wife and I along with my sister and brother-in-law, wanted a weekend break in north wales so we could have a base to climb Mt Snowdon. We chose Coed Mawr Hall as it was just outside Conway and around 50 mins drive to Llanberis and the pictures on their website looked amazing. On arrival we were taken back by how lovely our accommodation looked especially from the approaching rd. Once inside my wife fell in love with the place, our hosts were great, very warm and friendly, we were shown to our rooms and they were decorated beautifully, the bathroom and a roll top bath as well as a shower and was very clean - the bed was comfortable and the views from 2 huge windows ( which you could sit in) were exceptional. Hot breakfast was preorder which was fine and there was a choice of cereals and fresh fruit / yoghurt at the breakfast bar. We take around 5/6 weekend breaks per year usually staying in country house hotels and accommodation and this place has to be one of the nicest. We had a fantastic 2 night stay and will definitely be visiting again - 100% value for money.

One of those places that you will definitely want to revisit. The setting is magical and you can quite easily find yourself feeling that you have never left when you return. There is a wealth of nature and kind and approachable people that add to the charm and character.
