Terrible hotel, they gave me a room with a sofa bed, as you can see in the photo, and a bathtub, I asked to change the room and the receptionist replied that there were no other rooms, then they sent me an email telling me that they had offered me a room on the 4th floor, absolutely false, and even worse is the fact that instead of apologizing they said that I did not want the room on the 4th floor to be with my friends. Absolutely false

The room was clean and the staff friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the kettle wasn't clean upon arrival, and two cups were taken away for cleaning and not returned until the next day. It was also very noisy outside at night—many drunk people made sleeping difficult. Overall, the stay was fine, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and noise pollution at night.
