I already paid for my room through a third party and the front desk rep charged me again . I had to show her my receipt and it took awhile to straighten everything out before I could get my room keys. I didn’t like the front entrance . There was not enough room to park toward the front and we had to park on the side lot that was shared with Hilton Garden Inn. There was not enough parking lot light to feel safe. The lobby area was small but adequate . There was always coffee available 24/7 which was good. Breakfast was okay , the premade sandwiches were too dry. The lobby area was very loud on the night that we stayed there . Apparently , some of the guests were having some kind of drinking and eating party. It was too loud for 10:30pm. The front desk apparently was okay with that . I wanted to do some things on the computer but I couldn’t even concentrate . Also , people were still using the pool and being loud at 10:30 at night. People who come to a hotel to relax and not have to deal with loud noises and a “party”. I have stayed at better Home 2 Hilton hotels in the past. Hotel area had lots of restaurants and stores close by which was very convenient. My room was smaller than expected .
