Good clean hotel as advertised with excellent security for cars and privacy. Food provision was quirky as was the decor of the rooms and arrangement of corridors. It is good for an overnight stay whilst travelling through Spain but would not recommend it for families, especially with children, as there are unadvertised extras available!

We were on our way to Spain and needed a one night stopover. We looked around the area where we thought it would be good to stop, and some places wanted 17 euro to park the car, then we found a hotel with free private parking, and not expensive at all, so we booked a room with bath. On arrival we were told to follow round to the garage, which we did, the door was open and inside was a staircase to our room. Something we had never seen before. The room was beautiful, spacious and a big comfortable bed. We relaxed a bit and then looked for the restaurant. We couldn't fid a restaurant only room service. So we ordered room service. We heard a voice shout, and went to open the door but there was no one, and then we realised the voice came from a little cupboard!! opened the door and there was our food. By now we were laughing, we had see on the night table a catalogue selling sex toys, and we began to realise where we were. ooops. Now we had a very comfortable night, so what can we say? I do feel it should be mentioned what kind of hotel it is. On our return journey we decided to stay there again, as it was really so comfortable, and nothing weird had happened, but the second stay was not such a good night. Rather noisy to say the least, shouts and groans and lots of what sounded like whipping and slapping!! It made us laugh, but it was also rather embarrassing, Would I stay again, I doubt it. They kept getting the food orders wrong, and I did ask for a hamburger well done, but it was so red, I think it was still alive!! We ordered two desserts and got 1 and it wasn't what we had ordered either. So for comfort, and a great bed, it was perfect, and of course the car was certainly safe. It was a very strange experience and we learnt a lot!!!

The hotel could be much better for the price. It doesn't meet the quality standards, almost €300 a night, without breakfast. Beware of the lighting effects! And in this case, it's nothing like a roadside hotel. We won't be returning. The facilities are dated, the air conditioning didn't work, I had to open the windows to let in some fresh air. They didn't offer a solution, and the bed was very, very basic.

Everything is done to avoid running into anyone. We thought we were in a normal hotel, which is not the case. We wanted to find the bar and we ventured into a space devoid of life, like an empty shell!!! I had the impression of wandering in a dark, black and austere container. I am not a partridge of the year. I read a review that advises not to go there with children, which I confirm. It is oppressive when you are not looking for a hotel for love!!! I understood immediately, when I opened the door of the room, that it was oriented for very intimate pleasures. I think that these indications should be given when booking. That everyone can choose this kind of establishment.

Hotel not recommended for families because it is unsuitable for children. It is a hotel for having intimate relationships in complete discretion without the risk of running into anyone. Anxious and stressful feeling of being in a hotel for *******. Everyone chooses the type of hotel they want but not without their knowledge. Other than that!!! Very clean hotel and very decent restaurant

We arrived at 4:00 PM and the room was 14 degrees. It was freezing... the pool area was heated. We called reception and they told us the room was very large and took a long time to heat up. At 5:00 PM, we had to call again; we were still freezing. We called again because the room was already about 18 degrees, but in the pool area, it was like opening a refrigerator; cold air was coming out of the vents. They told us they would send someone to look at it. More than half an hour later, a woman wearing a fleece came and told us that the health authorities wouldn't let them put any more heat on, right? That's in the water, which can't be hotter than 30 degrees, but the rooms... I don't think 14 degrees would be very healthy either. A little while later, after 8:30 PM, they called us and told us the problem had been solved and that for the inconvenience, they were offering us two breakfasts for €4.50. It's a disgrace, because the room and pool area didn't heat up until 10 p.m., and we were sitting on the sofa with our coats on. They charge €250 for 4 hours, and we were sitting there for 6 hours without being able to enjoy the facilities. We were pissed off. After 400 kilometers, paying for gas, highways, dinner, and so on, the night is over €500, so we couldn't enjoy it. In exchange, they gave me two €9 breakfasts, which was reduced to one because I ordered the €4.50 one and my partner ordered the €12 one, and they charged for that one. A very bad experience. Be careful if you don't go in the summer. A lot of money to sleep and leave.

75€ down the drain, we went for Valentine's Day last night, and we were already awake at 6:45 because it was impossible to sleep in the cold. Nothing like what they sell, the only saving grace is privacy. The room was ugly, everything looked old, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathtub lights didn't work. I hope those who spent more money on the suites had a better time because I won't be going back!!
