It's a real shame that in a hotel of this caliber, you can't even enjoy a basic service like a good shower. The thermostat only offered hot or scalding water; you couldn't select lukewarm or cold. We reported the issue in the morning, and they said they'd note it, but it still wasn't working in the afternoon. We reported it again, and the only response we got was that there was no one from maintenance available. Not only did they not fix it, but they also didn't offer any alternative solution, like changing our room. By the second day, we just skipped showering altogether. Absolutely not recommended, and zero proactivity in dealing with a basic problem.

Spectacular! We couldn't find a single fault, even though we had planned to dine at the restaurant. However, after seeing the low ratings in the reviews, we decided against it. But everything else was absolutely stunning 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. Highly, highly, highly recommended. And we say this with authority, as we've traveled all over the world, and this is one of the best. 😍😍 The design is simple yet incredibly elegant and tasteful, with art sculptures throughout. The hotel's staff and service were incredible, and the terrace was beautiful. Not to mention the spa, which is fully equipped with all kinds of massage jets, a sauna, a steam room, and wonderful, comfortable loungers. We thank all the staff for making this such an amazing and unforgettable place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍. Thank you.

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.
