Nicely designed hotel but in a scruffy location which let's it down. The music in the events room was so loud our room walls were vibrating! We tolerated it for 5 hours being unable to sleep, before being moved to the other side of the hotel. The breakfast room also had loud inappropriate music causing everyone to talk loudly to be heard, and was full of cigarette smoke and the waiter who needed help was sullen and unhelpful. Hardly a nice way to start your day. The telephone didn't work so we couldn't contact reception and the bathroom door handle fell off. The shower head in the bathroom is set at waist height!? The overhead shower was useful as long as you don't want to get your hair wet as there was no shower caps!? With better management this hotel could be much better. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful if badly informed.

We stayed 1 night. New hotel near the city ring road. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good and tasty breakfast, a la carte. Large parking. Good restaurant too. However, this hotel probably makes its main money from the banquet hall. We were there on a Saturday evening and there was a wedding party. A lot of guests, full parking. The receptionist gave us a room at the edge of the building due to the noise. Doors with good noise insulation. As promised, the event ended at 1am. Generally, it was ok.

It’s a nice, clean & not far from highway to Belgrade & to the Ovčar-Kablar Gorge. We like that the breakfast is not buffet. There are several choices of breakfast plates which were very good, so not so much excess food are being thrown. However the entrances are not disabled-friendly! No where to hold on to & no ramps. They have enough space or place to make it accessible for the elderly and the handicapped guests, but obviously in Serbia that is not an option.
