Terres de France - Résidence de la Cabre d'Or

We spent 15 days in this residence, our stay was very good, friendly and understanding welcome, clean, spacious and well-equipped accommodation. We had a splendid view of the golf course. Only criticism is the lack of Wifi in the residence although it is included in the price of accommodation.

positive comments on everything, reception, site, beautiful visits to discover around, everything is made available to satisfy us, pétanque, swimming pool, washing machine and the apartment is nice. we will come back with pleasure.

Too expensive for what it is....old and poorly maintained residence....cleaning leaving much to be desired...it was dirty cobwebs and dust everywhere...it's us who did the cleaning... Strong smell of pee in the toilets and sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The only positive point is the friendliness of the staff....

Absolutely to avoid! Reception: looks like a catch-all: carts of sheets etc at the reception, no lunch formula, as agreed in the announcement. False photos. Housing: misleading photos: crumbling walls, not well maintained, lack of dishes (2 pans) for 6 people, dirty dishes. Cobwebs and spiders in every room, presence of cockroaches and cockroaches. Clothesline and umbrella on request, when it's 35 degrees!!! Mediocre beds and sofa beds. No toilet brush on arrival. No wifi although it is included in the price. 4 G network goes very badly. Driveways of the residence not maintained. No bulb in the fridge! A single maintenance man for the entire residence. Hygiene of the swimming pool leaving something to be desired, including the public toilets of this one. Vigil in charge of watching the pool, is outside the pool and is constantly on his smartphone. Cabriès itself is deserted, if not a very good restaurant "via baseli" Incompetent and unpleasant staff Either 1800 euros for a place that is not at all welcoming and does not comply with what is agreed. Don't go there!!!

Logement grand et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Résidence calme. Manque beaucoup de vaisselle dans les logement ainsi qu’une serpillère, un long séjour avec deux enfants sans faire les pavés c’est un peu compliqué! Les espaces verts autour des logements sont sauvages, aucun entretien. La propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer. Je pense que cette résidence a beaucoup de potentiel mais les logements et équipements auraient besoin d’un bon coup de neuf. Je reste satisfaite dans l’ensemble mais je m’attendais à mieux

Logement horrible, équipements trop faibles. Site a l’abandon, site écarté à l’écart de tout. Il faut prendre sa voiture pour la moindre chose, pain, café, course, resto. Le rapport qualité/prix est médiocre, ce lieu ne mérite pas 3 etoiles mais 2 au maxi. On pourrait même penser à une publicité mensongère entre la plaquette commerciale Odalys et la réalité.
