Morgan Residences is an eminently premium property in the making. The current construction is a drawback, so be sure to ask (or pay) for a room facing outside, rather than the courtyard. Similarly, the amazing experience of the rooftop pool with incredible views over the whole of Cabo is a little bit dimmed by the inevitable construction noise. What the property temporarily lacks due to growing pains (construction and road building), it fully makes up in a modern, airy design and a staff committed to making your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioning is efficient, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from soup pots to blenders for your ice margaritas. Downtown is about 20 minutes away on foot, but a variety of local eateries and cervecerias are within a stone's throw. Major grocery chains are a 20-minute walk or a 90-100 peso cab ride away. Because it is off the beaten path, nighttime is quieter than in downtown with its clubs and tourists. I will not be surprised to see Morgan Residences charge in excess of 200 US dollars per night when the subdivision is fully serviced and the construction is done. I was glad to enjoy its class and location for cheaper.

Todo muy cómodo y cerca del centro, muy amable el personal, el trato muy lindo, la suite que nos tocó 805, tenía todo super cómodo y accesible para cocinar o tú preparar tus alimentos en caso de no querer salir, la cama comodísima, la vista hermosa. Nos la pasamos increíble, definitivamente volveremos. Super recomendable!

La peor elección para vivir y hospedarse. Tuvimos la desafortunada suerte de llegar a vivir aquí. Desde un inicio hubo muchas mentiras y fallas en los servicios… ruido constante desde hace un año por la construcción que tienen. Ahora que dejamos el departamento por que al dueño se le ocurrió aumentar un 25% el costo de renta. Lo cual no tiene lógica en su mismo contrato. Ahora quiere abusar del depósito que se dio al inicio para remodelar su departamento. Mismo contrato que especifica que se hará uso del depósito solo para reparaciones y daños, esto no incluye el desgaste normal de pintura. Lo cual dejamos y entregamos en perfectas condiciones. Nos quiere hacer un cobro de 13 mil pesos??? Es absurdo. Afortunadamente contamos con videos y fotografías del inmueble de cómo lo entregamos para tener pruebas al acudir a ayuda legal. Ahora nos sale con la excusa de que tiene que repintar .. y lo que realmente quiere hacer es remodelar a costa de nuestro dinero que entregamos como depósito de buena fe. Mucho cuidado con esta persona. Ya hemos escuchado de mucha gente que ha sido tratado mal por esta persona. Tengan mucho cuidado
