Excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. Concierge set up a car to pick us up from airport. We were then greeted by concierge at arrival. Before and during trip the staff took care of several accommodations.. Fridge was stocked w/all our requests and even had a complimentary traditional guacamole/salsa & chips waiting for us in our unit. Wonderful suggestions for restaurants and reservations were made for us when we inquired as well. Property was beautiful. Landscaping of property is gorgeous. Our unit looked out at the Sea of Cortez. And we enjoyed sitting on our balcony taking in the breathtaking view! Activities and restaurants were a short walk away. Of course the beach was right there, and we spent loads of time there. Pool as well is amazing. All & all we had a wonderful time. Thank you Paula for everything that you did to make our visit perfect. We hope to see you next year. Suzanne M.

Best service I’ve ever had on vacation!!! Perfect spot for families or not. They had many activities for the kiddos and an adult only pool. Everyone who we came across was super helpful and so kind. Food and drinks poolside and on the beach were amazing!

The property is exceptionally beautiful. The staff was amazing, special shout out to the ladies in the cafe in the spa and Brando and the cleaning staff. The atmosphere is so relaxing even with the Mango deck and The office loud music. Pickle ball courts were a bonus too.

The staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating at every turn. Gorge, Manny, Raymundo. Rodrigo, Samuel, Diego, Juan, Nicolas, Juvi - they are the best and do a great job! We love the vibe at Hacienda Beach Club! Beautiful property, great location! We enjoyed our time there as a family very much!

The staff was amazing Paula, Salvador, Narciso, Sergio and Julio at the North gate all very welcoming. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, our living room patio access was a full wall sliding door. Every morning we got up to watch the sunrise.

Wonderful, wonderful place! I can’t even think of one thing that was negative. Beautiful property. Delicious food. Very attentive staff. The nicest people by far from anywhere we have ever stayed. We will absolutely stay here again next year!

This is our fourth stay at the Hacienda Beach Club and we have experienced excellent care and attention to detail every time. The 4 br penthouse was exceptional for our party of four couples. The view is outstanding as is the decor and bedding. Thanks, HBC, for another perfect getaway.

Wow!!! The experience was amazing. Manny was professional kind and cheerful! Helped us right away made us feel comfortable all day! All servers had smiles and were very attentive. Service, food and atmosphere was 5 star!! Will be coming back next year
