I had such an amazing spa experience here. From the very first person you see to the last person the service was just as perfect as you could hope. Everyone is so nice and talented and I just didn’t want to leave. I know you pay for things like this but everything was so worth it. The facial and my Massage a 10 out of 10. The only thing I wish they would do would be more fair on the products they sell. Massively overpriced. These 3 products were about 3 times more than any place around and I feel that wasn’t too fair.

Went for a quick “babymoon” getaway - came without great expectations, just some relaxing time by the pool to decompress. Instead was blown away by the beauty of the location and the top-notch service. Stayed in Room 25 (a generous upgrade from our booking) and I don’t believe the photos on the website does the place justice! Incredible views of the ocean, and the plunge pool was so key to the experience. Francisco was our concierge and he left the most adorable baby shoes and hand drawn card on our bed at check in, knowing it was our babymoon. When we mentioned to the staff showing us our room that we were actually expecting twins, another pair of booties and another adorable card showed up at turn-down! Knowing I was worried about mosquito bites, he also sent along insect repellent in the evening without any prompting whatsoever. The guacamole and coronas at Happy Hour in the room is such a simple but nice touch. At breakfast, the waiter (I forgot his name!) immediately brought me a pillow for my back without asking. The poolside staff were always quick to bring waters, refills, and move your umbrella for the perfect shading. We were lucky we caught the end of whale season as we would just spend the day laying out and watching whales breech in the ocean in front of us! Food was always delicious - El Farallon is a magical venue. I do wish there were a la carte options so I could sample even more seafood than just the main course. The grilled fish we had was truly perfect though. The blackened shrimp we enjoyed at the family pool restaurant was outstanding. Also - the hotel was at full occupancy (we were told) while we were there, and while it was busy, the service never faltered and the place never felt crowded. I am gluten free and there were always ample options and substitutions made for me - including amazing gluten free churros, and even gluten free cookies to take-away on our car ride to the airport!!! We will definitely be back- hopefully with our 2 babies in tow the next time!

If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion in Cabo San Lucas, look no further. This is it! Pre-arrival: Francisco, our assigned concierge, reached out 2 weeks prior to our arrival to offer assistance in planning our trip. it was comforting to know that we had airport transportation and some activities planned and confirmed. Upon arrival: As other reviews have described, going thru the private tunne, arriving at the entrance and then greeted by the welcome margaritas and friendly staff kicked off the Waldorf experience perfectly. Check in was smooth and we were assigned a personal butler, Mariel, for our trip. For the next 6 days, I cannot express how critical Mariel was for the incredible experience we had. She checked in daily, helped organized trips and even time when housekeeping can clean our rooms. Even though we didn't need many dinner reservations, she still made sure we were well taken care of daily. During the Stay: - Housekeeping is top notch! No details went unnoticed and everything was truly 5 star. One detail I want to note is that I bookmarked my book using the sleeve one night since I didn't have a bookmark. Upon returning from our dinner one night, I opened up my book and noticed that housekeeping had inserted a WA bookmark inside my book. That brought a huge smile to my face. - Pool service - lounge chairs were plenty and not hard to get every day. Pool attendants were very friendly and helpful in making the pool experience comfortable. They helped place towels and arranged umbrellas so that we didn't need to lift a finger. During the afternoons, we also got shots of refreshing fruit-infused beverages and small bites. - Breakfast at Don Manuel - we had different waiters daily but every one of them were friendly and greeted us with big smiles daily. We enjoyed the customized omelets or specials daily and also made fruit smoothies. We definitely were able to skip lunch due to enjoying our big, hearty breakfasts every morning. I cannot say enough great things about our visit to WA Pedregal. It's truly a treat and a worthwhile splurge. We hope to return in the future.

Our stay at the luxurious and serene Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, from June 10th to June 15th, spanned 5 nights and 6 days. My wife and I specifically chose to come to this resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the doorman at the grand entrance gate. After traversing a 200-yard tunnel carved through a massive cliff, we were captivated by the beautifully constructed hotel, its expansive lobby, and the breathtaking panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. A valet promptly assisted with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process. Our personal concierge, Anali, extended a warm welcome with refreshing Margarita drinks. Despite arriving early in our rental car, we made the most of our time exploring Cabo San Lucas until our 4 PM check-in time. Upon entrance to our room, we were gifted with a bottle of 200mL Clase Azul Reposado Tequila (We could take the decanter with us as a gift). Our entire stay was truly impeccable. On our first evening, we dined at Don Manuel, one of the resort's renowned restaurants. We had made a reservation for 6PM prior to arrival, but the restaurant was unexpectedly quiet, so no reservation seemed necessary. The service surpassed any I've ever experienced, noted both by my wife and myself. Every team member recognized and remembered our names, even congratulating us on our anniversary. The food at Don Manuel was exceptional. Our total cost for the dinner was $134.93. Attention to every detail and our needs by the staff was outstanding. From pulling out our chairs to ensuring we had blankets and always keeping our glasses filled with water, drinks, and coffee, the restaurant staff were consistently attentive. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. With separate pool areas for families and adults, both were excellent for enjoying drinks and sunbathing. The pool staff always provided beach towels and umbrellas, ensuring everything was well-maintained. They also supplied a bag of ice and two water bottles, offering the option to order drinks and foods from our seats as needed. Also, the resort provides you with free bowl of chips and guacamole, and two Corona beers around 4PM each day. On our third day, we participated in an 8 AM yoga class (complimentary but requiring advance reservation due to limited space). It was incredibly relaxing and allowed us to fully embrace our stay, momentarily escaping our busy lives. The instructor was highly professional, and we would gladly participate again if we return. We also indulged in the floating breakfast. Given that most rooms feature an outdoor infinity-edge pool on the veranda, trying something new like this was truly special. Reservations were necessary, allowing us to customize our meal preferences. The entire experience was convenient, romantic, and memorable, with plenty of photo opportunities that my wife particularly cherished. The cost was $157.20. We just returned from a memorable stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal. As soon as we arrived, a welcome margarita was placed in our hand which was heaven after a day of travel. Saying that this property is beautiful is an understatement! It is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. And the people working there made it a truly remarkable experience from start to finish. As Diamond members, we felt recognized and appreciated. We were upgraded to a Pacific view room and the view was stunning. Continental breakfast at Don Manuel's was included for Diamond members and was delicious. We especially appreciated our breakfast server, Daniel. He took the time to ask questions and get to know us over our four-day stay. He is amazing at his job, kind and always made sure we had exactly what we needed exactly when we needed it. He definitely made a positive impression on us and made us feel like highly valued guests. We really enjoyed our dinner at El Farallon. The seafood was top-notch and you can't beat the view with waves literally crashing right next to you as you dine. It was unseasonably cold the evening we went but the amazing staff there made sure we had blankets to stay warm. Overall, our concierge was great, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything which we greatly appreciated. We had a few miscommunications, but nothing major. Thanks to housekeeping, our room was always spotless. The daily delivery of chips, guac and Coronas was a delicious touch that we looked forward to each afternoon. The pool is perfect - you can't beat an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific! We had food and drinks by the pool and the servers were super attentive and on top of everything. The workout facility was also great - wide variety of weights and a Curve treadmill. We also took advantage of a hike that was offered on Saturday morning through the workout center. Alan was our guide. He was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We have experienced other high-end luxury resorts in places like the Maldives and this ranks right up there. I can see why this is listed as one of the top resorts in the world!

Summary: I wasted 480,000 Hilton points for a 5-night stay at this hotel to celebrate a 10 year wedding anniversary and brought my spouse and child. This was a big splurge for us, and our first time out of the country with our baby. I wish I'd stuck with my original Ritz Carlton reservation because the service was absolutely abysmal from start to finish, and by far the worst of any Waldorf Astoria hotel we’ve ever stayed at. This was a terrible way to celebrate our biggest marriage milestone. I’ll start with the pros since the list is short: - The hard product is good from location to climate and hotel aesthetic. The property felt deserted in the daytime. Concierge did not offer a Diamond room upgrade (although the app showed suite availability) so I’m not sure what the occupancy was. The only time the property felt busy was when taxis dropped off non-patrons for evening events and dinner reservations at El Farallon. The evenings became rowdy as a result, but the mornings and afternoons were peaceful. The resort did finally show signs of life for breakfast on Saturday around 9am with all the weekend check-ins. - The poolside staff are kind and sociable. On the whole, the staff here are mostly pleasant, but our only real memorable staff experience was with Victor, who served us breakfast one morning, and was the only staff member who volunteered getting food from the kitchen for our baby. He was very hospitable and the one person that we felt really put a legitimate effort into making us feel seen. He brought out some mashed avocado and spent several minutes interacting with our child. - Concierge was initially responsive the first night when I called down for assistance with the crib. - The grounds are beautiful and it really is a good 10 degrees cooler at the resort than everywhere else in town, which is lovely. We even had a couple of days where the breeze was so uncharacteristically violent that we wore sweaters and watched staff chase after umbrellas, loungers, and towels that were being blown away. Unfortunately the pros really stop there, and were overshadowed by several cons we've experienced during our stay. A non-exhaustive laundry list of cons: - Absolutely zero recognition of Hilton Diamond elite status; there is really no value to having status of any kind at this property. The basic continental breakfast comprised of a few slices of fruit and 3 pastries with a single choice of either cereal, oatmeal, or yogurt each morning is absolutely pathetic. The $26 buffet upgrade is mandatory if the Motel 6 breakfast isn’t your jam, and you have to pay for it whether or not you have Hilton elite status. The consolation is there’s a very nice, air conditioned cafe called Fiore Bakery & Coffee right off the property (5 minute walk from the gate). Otherwise you really do just need to fork up the $30 per person to upgrade to the Hampton Inn breakfast. - I reached out in advance about Diamond upgrades and to notify staff that we were

We went for dinner only. Excellent ambiance. Felt much like a commercial production. After being escorted to the bar for an overpriced glass of wine, we were then escorted to a champagne staging area before dinner, where you could elect to purchase another overpriced glass of champagne. we waited another 15 min for our table at the champagne staging area. Best experience about dinner was the excellent ambience combined with excellent service. I would not return for another dinner.

This was our second stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, and once again, it was an excellent experience. We were delighted with the hospitality provided by the staff, who were both professional and friendly. As Diamond members, we received an upgrade to a very beautiful villa, which added a special touch to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices and a beautiful view from the restaurant. It was a pleasure to see Joel & Josue again; They were very professional and friendly, and we were really pleased with the service they provided for our breakfast, just as we were last year. A special thank you to Marleny, our concierge, who ensured that our stay was filled with beautiful details and memories. Thank you to the entire team—you rock! We will be back soon!
