For the value it was excellent, the breakfast was well served and great.

It needs a lot to improve, mainly because of how some of the staff treat you, it depends on the day.

Quarto com mofo, cheiro de mofo, Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, travesseiro mofado, frigobar enferrujado, banheiro principalmente em péssimas condições! Hotel é bem localizado mas atualmente parece estar abandonado! Não tem vaga de estacionamento e é cobrado R$30,00 por dia para estacionar no local.

Gostamos da estadia ,o café da manhã estava tudo.ok,,,o ambiente super agradável, Alguns detalhes desagradáveis foram a água estava com cheiro forte de água de poço,o chuveiro não esquentava muito,, Apesar desses pequenos detalhes o hotel é agradável, bem localizado.. Nota zero pois o hotel não tem estacionamento,

Bad experience! Rude check-in service. Totally poorly maintained hotel: room with a musty smell, window slamming, shower causing shock, in addition to the warning not to take a shower between 6 and 9 pm, just to exemplify. But the worst thing is the check-out time at 10:00 that I missed when I booked and I already leave it as a warning to travelers. I was participating in a test on the beach and only the pool shower was available. Never!

The Hotel has a privileged location, with access to the beach, incredible views and had everything to be perfect. However, we started with the telephone service, which is impossible to contact the Hotel, I had doubts and I spent about 5 hours calling non-stop, I emphasize that when I arrived I was very well attended by the reception both at check in and check out, but, telephone? No way. Some places such as halls or passages between hotel rooms in poor condition, furniture carpets looking dirty. Breakfast left something to be desired due to the queue and the clear lack of people to provide support in cleaning and replacement. Lots of empty stuff and high waiting time. Staff running around, lack of clean dishes. Anyway ... a pity a place with such beauty with these problems.

Worst place I've ever stayed, starting with the room, simply horrible, dirty, a musty stink with sea breeze, mosquitoes didn't fit for so many, I had to buy a SBP and even then it wasn't enough, I woke up at dawn to kill and apply repellent, my dear wife had an allergic crisis, she was feeling sick all day, I started feeling sick on the last day, so the receptionist said: you're going to stay in the room facing the sea and the pool (when the alms are too much, you can be suspicious) I believe they caught it the room that would really be ours and they put other people in, the bathroom full of mold, very dirty, the faucet was not cool! not one day, they didn't clean it properly, the maids were so lazy, the mattress was very old too, wow, it was too hard to sleep, the breakfast was terrible, the first bread I got (sour), the coffee was from a machine ,horrible,coffee with milk,strange taste,didn't have a natural juice,only powdered juice,absurd,it was a big disappointment,besides that i heard several people complaining about the service, the room,i would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The only practical thing is access to Pêro beach, just go through the door, you are already there! They issue a coupon to regularize, 40 reais, if you don't regularize they issue a fine, another absurdity! Anyway, research a lot before closing a hotel!

Location is wonderful, but old hotel with low maintenance and cleanliness. Miserable breakfast.
