Amaca Beach Hotel - Quimixto Eco Resort

About four years ago, some friends invited to stay at El Grullo, and it was quite disappointed. A few days ago, the same friends invited me to visit Amaca Quimixto, and I hardly recognized the place. Now from any spot, you can see the sea, the unnecessary plants that previously obsc the beauty of the beach views have been removed. The service is unbeatable, from the warm reception by the Manager, Fernando, to the person who helps water the plants, Rossy. The room is simple but very nice. Although the hot water failed, they immediately fixed it. Truly great from everyone. Jairo, Jimmy, and the Queen at the beach club made our time there unforgettable. The food is delicious, the waves and beach are fantastic, and the number of visitors is incredible. The Manager even came by to ensure we lacked nothing. I must mention that when the restaurant was owned by others ( the Beach Club joined the hotel a few months ago), the service was terrible, the place was always filthy, and the owners were snobbish. Today, it is a completely different experience, truly inviting one to return and acknowledging the exceptional job they are doing. The arrow signs at the entrance are to stand up, they are an incredible memory, what an imagination! Congratulations to everyone at Amaca Beach for the noticeable improvements

The service was amazing! Is a beautiful eco resort! But what makes it special is the people! The service from Jairo and Jimmy was outstanding! They were so nice and had such a great attitude. They made us feel at home! The food was delicious! And the place is amazing!

We will return for one reason only the best customer experience ever Areli, Ivan and Fabricio made us feel welcomed. It was a family environment, family culture. They personally connected with us. We have never experienced such extraordinary, caring exclusive resort. Great job Amaca Resorts! We felt the VIP experience. The food was amazing. The staff was over the top; Excellent customer service. My wife and I did the El Grullo detox package. Areli educated us on the benefits of each spa Experience. We travel a lot, and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had high-fives to the crew of Amaca resorts. Ivan personally hiked with us to la cascada (waterfall). Fabrico personally showed me how to Yolo fish. And on our last night Areli, Ivan and Fabrico created a bonfire till 11:00 pm. We hope to return soon and convince others to come with us.

I really wanted to loose weight and detox and this has it all because it’s close to vallarta and it’s on the Beach! Eddie was a great masseur and the staff of the treatments were also wonderful. Sonia the manager and the yoga instructor was informative and kind. I wish I stayed longer to start trying the vegan options.
