Hotel was alright, however had a very disappointing experience with hotel. We were robbed whilst staying at the hotel, around $4,000 out of pocket & hotel took no responsibility and said we would have to claim on our insurance. From comments made by management I would be careful staying here as doesn’t sound like an isolated incident.

Great resort for families , has three different pool to suit teenagers , toddlers and adults. The beach is a 1 min walk , and the property is surrounded by lots of restaurants, Woolworths and cafes. One draw back is the gymnasium, it’s very small which can only fit one person at a gym, which is part Covid related and you can only book it for 1 hour per day. Overall a good property , and worth staying when in Cabarita Beach.

Fantastic location, nice pools and manicured gardens. Apartments are modern with modern furnishings. Only bad comment is the bathrooms-particularly the showers they need a good scrub and the sofa needed cleaning. Would revisit, great for families as its close to the beach and cafes etc.

Extremely disappointing. Good location but staff rude and uncaring. Difficult to access accommodation during inclement weather and not wheelchair friendly. We paid a premium for this accommodation and expected so much more.

The accommodation was nicely furnished and well kept. Rooms were clean. The 3 pools make good use of the split level space but only the middle one was heated. Pool areas were well kept. The place is nice and staff are friendly. We arrived 1hr early but rather than inviting us to park in car park and use pool until room was ready we were asked to go away and come back a bit later and no Marco Polo rule in the pools kinda made the place feel like it was run by the fun police although it didnt impact our holiday in any way. Would definitely stay again.
