"Nice hotel, peopre and in front of the beach. Check out super early…. Average value for money (too expensive for what it is. Maybe due to the summer period in the area). Very nice and welcoming staff. If you arrive late, the system to collect the room keys is very convenient."
"I came from the Gold Coast with a friend and passed by Byron Bay. We chose this hotel. The front desk service was very nice and considerate. The hotel was also very comfortable. Each person had a small villa, which was nice!"
"The facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to drive here. You can pick up your luggage directly by opening the door, which is very suitable for traveling by car. The cleaning is very good, and you can see the beautiful starry sky outdoors at night, which is a great experience."

"The hotel occupies the best location, going out is the main beach of Byron Bay, downstairs is the most famous bar in the local area, and hotel guests eat and drink 10% off. The restaurant supermarket can walk, very convenient. The hotel service is very thoughtful and welcoming, there is a handwritten welcome letter, the room is spacious and decorated in Art Deco style. The hotel provides free bicycle rental projects."
"The sanitation is OK. There are people working outside the window early in the morning, which affects sleep. Parking is not free. It is close to the beach. The front desk gets off work at 6-7 pm. Please pay attention to the check-in time."
"The interior of the facility cabin is very pretty.
I don't know where the eggs came from, but new baby cockroaches kept coming out.
And the knife was worn out so the food couldn't be cut and there were no scissors either.
But overall I am satisfied"

"The hotel is clean, the space is large, and the morning sun is also very good. The boss is very kind and kind. He gave us a big house, and the boss will patiently help solve any problems. Really good! There is a great restaurant downstairs in the hotel with great dishes. Reservations are required for evening meals. And the hotel is also close to the nearby supermarket, in short everything is very nice."
"The room itself is OK, the service is really not, and the price is relatively high. The front desk got off work at 5 o'clock and said that it would send an email in advance to inform how to check in but did not. After the on-site phone communication, I told how to check in, which was delayed for a long time. Ctrip also helped to communicate, but the efficiency is relatively low, and it has not communicated quickly by itself. Fortunately, Ctrip also gave red envelope compensation."

Very Good
GGuest UserByron Springs is a delightful older design (think Old Florida/Old QLD) place with whitewashed walls and wooden floors, and an open lounge area set in lush surroundings. Our room was more than adequate for a one night stay. The bed & bedding were comfortable. The room, while small, was fine. The bathroom had everything we needed.
The negatives were we could hear the other guests coming and going, and the wood floors creaked loudly. One of guests took up 2 parking spots. Also the toilet in our bathroom ran all night. We were unable to stop it so we just closed the door to the bathroom.
Other than that, we had a nice stay. Thank you Laura!🤗
GGuest UserVery beautiful hotel, the room is decorated in a seaside style, the downstairs is equipped with a swimming pool, the front desk service is very intimate!
Ctrip members prepared welcome red wine in advance, arranged in the room, do not drink the whole bottle to go 🥳
There are bicycles and helmets downstairs, you can get the keys to the front desk, and ride to the town and the beach for a few minutes~
The sunset of the burning cloud in Byron Bay is so beautiful! It's a pity that you can't see the beach sunset in the east
LLi asThe Surf House is fantastic! Its location in town is perfect, and I appreciated the warm welcome and early check-in. I met some wonderful people in my room. I highly recommend joining the free morning yoga classes on the rooftop—such a great experience! Callum, the guide for the lighthouse walk, is a legend. I also enjoyed the farmers market on Thursday, guided by a lovely Dutch girl. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Highly recommend!
LLisa MargaretFantastic stay in a two bedroom deluxe apartment. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed.
The location is perfect: directly opposite the beach.
Fabulous pool area and barbecue space with comfortable chairs to relax.
Great secure parking too.
Would happily return when in Byron.
GGuest UserVery nice and affordable accommodation, lots of activities. Very attentive and friendly staff. Social contacts possible. Mainly young, but very decent crowd. Also suitable for 40-60 year olds. Single room with bathroom, or shared accommodation possible. Breakfast is offered for 14 AUD. Highly recommended.
KKUNG MAN MATTHEWGreat little hotel in the heart of Byron. Was a bit tricky to find and there is limited hours for reception so make sure you check the times before travelling. Rooms were huge and well appointed. Bed was a bit soft but other than that no complaints. Nice kitchen and walking distance to the beach and shops.
HHiroseThere was a pool in the middle and it had a great atmosphere. A hair dryer is not provided. There are strict rules on where you can drink alcohol, so you can enjoy it safely. The shower room was also spacious and clean!
GGuest UserThe sink in the bathroom is tiny. On the other hand, the sink in the kitchen (for food prep and dish washing) is standard size. The (small) freezer compartment inside the fridge had some food stains and leaked water onto the lower part. Other than that, everything else was spotless - including the dishrack which had no rust. In addition to a pool, there was also a playground.
The boom gate requires a pin to open so best to take a photo of the ticket you were given with the pin (as it's a small piece of paper which can be lost easily).
PpjfawkesGenerally nice looking place with plenty of free parking (otherwise in very short supply in Byron) and a big kitchen. The room itself was fine apart from the thin foam mattress leaving something to be desired. Just make sure you arrive with the expectation that other guests will show minimal consideration in terms of nighttime/early morning noise and cleanliness in the common areas.
GGuest UserI originally planned to book in Byron Bay, but I accidentally booked in the small town of Mullumbimby, which is 15 kilometers away from Byron Bay. There are almost no Chinese people in the town. Check in at the bar in the center of the town. You can't find it by navigation, so you need to ask. The hotel is located on the edge of the street. There are not enough parking spaces and you need to park on the street. I am a little worried about safety, but there is a police station opposite, which makes me feel more at ease.
