The apartment itself was amazing—clean, stylish, and well-located. However, my experience with the customer service was very disappointing. After returning home, I realised I had left two Zara tops at the property. I contacted the accommodation twice to check with the cleaning staff, but received no response until the beginning of June—weeks later—only after I called again myself. I was then told they hadn’t found anything. Unfortunately, this means my items were likely taken from my bag on the last day, which is very upsetting. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the cleaner knocking on our room door only on the last day, asking if we needed anything—something that hadn’t happened at all during the stay. It felt odd and left me with a bad impression. Overall, while the apartment was lovely, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when it came to resolving issues or responding to guests. This experience left a negative mark on an otherwise enjoyable trip.
