This is going to be a long one... My husband, infant and I arrived at the hotel on 5/8/24. On arrival the receptionist was uninterested and unhelpful. It seems like a chore to check us in. She did not give us any information about the all inclusive or any of the activities that was advertised on *Love Holidays*. The swimming pool was dirty and I did not see them chlorinate the pool once. The kids play area I'll say loosely was an old dirty slide and swing with what looks like a cage in the back with loose chicken wire. The room was an absolute health and safety nightmare. The mattress and bed was broken and dirty. They expected my infant to sleep on a broken dirty sofa bed. The boiler in the bathroom did not have a safety pipe meaning you could have boiling water emptied on you at any point. In our first room there was also an ant infestation. We reported this to the reception who came to look and offered us a change of room which we accepted. The receptionist then came back with whom I suspect is the hotel manager but he didn't bother even introducing himself to me. He came with some ant power which we had already told reception we could not do due to having our infant and would not risk him putting it in his mouth. They did not want to move us rooms at all. We went to the second room and it was exactly the same as above without the ants. At this point we decided we could not stay here and called love holidays and reported the health and safety issues within the hotel. They were very unhelpful and said they needed to speak to the hotel provider and said we could not move hotels without us breaking our contract and not getting any money back. The following morning my infant was sat in his pram and put his hand on the mirror in the hallway, the 3ft mirror and back wood fell off the wall and hit him in the head!! We reported this straight to reception and they did not care at all- didn't ask if he was ok, didn't offer medical services just asked if we wanted the mirror taking out the room. We tried to speak to the manager who turned his back and walked off from us. We reported this incident again to love holidays and after 24/h on the phone they gave us permission to move hotels but could not help us moving or move us meaning we had to borrow money from family to move out the hell hole! Love holidays not helpful in the slightest. Other points: - kids club is advertised: does not exist - pool activities like aqua fit: does not exist - snack bar by pool: does not exist - no gym or fitness - food is served at a place across the road: none of the food is labeled you have to use one utensil for all the tray food, flies everywhere. - only certain times you can even get a drink. No draft beers and my husband only drinks larger. - we had to buy our own food and drink or we'd have gone hungry and thirsty. We are now in the process of getting a refund which they said would be on Wednesday but yet to receive anything back. I have send 5 emails to lov

The hotel has a lot of negative reviews, but I give it a positive one, I don't think it deserves all these bad reviews. The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. We had a two-room studio, terrace and balcony. Pool cleaned daily. The canteen in a separate building is large and spacious, the food is good. All inclusive option lots of food all day long. Good alcohol, various drinks. Nice and helpful service. Close to the beach, close to the town of Byala, 30 minutes' walk along the sea to Obzor. Beautiful views :)

A somewhat old hotel, torn wallpaper, worn carpet... Value for money okay. The bar by the pool is negative because you have to pay there. This makes the bar very crowded upstairs. This is already closed at 10 p.m., although the program is still running. One hardly understands German here. The entertainers are very nice and try very hard. The food is pretty path and and especially the breakfast is not varied. The location to the sea and to the many shops is positive. I would come here again but in a better hotel.

Tragedy, nothing matches the description. Dirty, rooms not cleaned, bathrooms dirty, food tasteless, cold and monotonous. The beach is not 300 m, only 900 m, dirty and without sunbeds and umbrellas. The barmaid is a minor with no knowledge of drinks and is rude. The receptionist is very rude and not communicative, poor knowledge of English. No animation. We had to check out by 12 o'clock and we had a transfer to the airport only at 21.20. After checking out, we were treated like intruders without the possibility to drink even coffee or tea. Tragedy, I categorically do not recommend

A tragedy, the first and last time we were in this place! We were encouraged to choose this hotel by the attractive price, it was one of the cheaper trips. But to the point, what we stayed on the spot was a massacre. Dirt, crap and a hotel that needs a general renovation. Food cold and tasteless. On the second day, my husband and I asked for the room to be cleaned because the cleaning ladies forgot about us .... If it wasn't for the fact that we spent the entire stay on the beach at the hotel, we wouldn't have anything to do, especially since we were with two children. As for me, a big minus is the lack of a paddling pool for children and a separate section for the youngest. Basketball court in a dilapidated state. A playground with one rocker and a slide off the beaten path of drama. Never again a hotel deserves 1 star. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

In my opinion, the hotel is very hurt by negative opinions. On the 1st day, indeed - check-in from 14:00, and arrival after arrival - 8:00 in the morning and no breakfast, because the employee puts on the All inclusive armband at 12:00. That's all that was missing and which quite negatively affects the good mood on arrival, when everyone is tired and simply hungry. The employees pleasantly surprised us, handing over the key to the room already at 11.30. The employee personally leads to the room, no one expects any tips. Fragrant room; cleaned daily, change of linen and towels every 2nd day. Canteen at the hotel - very good food. It is obvious that the choice is smaller (because the hotel itself has 75 rooms) than in the big behemoths. You don't have to reserve sunbeds at 5 am, because at 9 you can also find something for yourself. On the first day the water in the pool seemed cold, but you get used to it. The pool is small but adequate for the hotel. The animators are inexperienced and seem willing to conduct entertainment activities for hotel guests. Bar drinks, iced coffee, slush for the younger ones by the pool. In the canteen, apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 16 to 17 - snacks; scoop ice cream, crosants, cookies, fresh fruit. From 19 to 23.00 bar on the roof of the hotel - drinks to choose from. Descent to the sea - 2 possibilities; stairs (312 steps, but you can burn some calories) or down a street 400 meters down a small beach by the port with a lifeguard, sunbeds and umbrellas. 2 km to the city. The hotel is located in the port part. Peace and relaxation. It is 7 km to Obzor and it is possible only by mobile, the express road makes it impossible to walk on foot. Bus 3 leva/person To sum up, the opinions on the internet are mega harmful to the hotel. The hotel is one of the cheapest with the All Inclusive option, so you don't need extensive gardens for this money. Many people are discouraged by stairs to the sea, but nowhere is it written - "slide to the sea" ... Yes, it can be an obstacle, but there is another choice of the beach. On the last day, despite passing the room at 12 and transfer at 21.30, we enjoyed lunch, snacks and dinner. And it was a huge plus, because waiting all day for a flight without food could make a person weak, nervous and drowsy. For this money, taking into account the guaranteed sunny weather, we are happy and talking to other Poles, we do not know why the opinions are so negative?!

I really recommend it - a place where you can really relax. I was afraid to leave after reading the reviews, but I was positively surprised. Exactly what I found should be expected for the money: rooms cleaned every day, tasty and plentiful food, strong drinks, wonderful views, beach nearby - unless someone prefers a swimming pool (no crazy, but it is), friendly and kind staff. Don't expect golden door handles, but really nice, peaceful holidays.

Mlodziez ktora jedzie imprezowac moze byc niezadowolona z polozenia bo do miasta sa 3 km. My jestesmy zadowoleni. Klima w pokoju, personel mily i pomocny. Duzo polskich rodzin i miejscowych.

Placu zabaw brak jedna huśtawka i zjeżdżalnia. Na pochwałę zasługują ludzie z obsługi Kristina, Ivet, Irene Rado dziewczyny animatorki i menager restauracji zawsze uśmiechnięci i szczerzy do pomocy. Pozdrawiam Grzegorz
