Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel am Stadtpark in Buxtehude und das Hotel hat von Anfang an überzeugt. So war die Buchung per Telefon unkompliziert und sehr familiär. Ich wurde sogar noch einmal angerufen und man konnte uns noch einen weiteren Tag anbieten, den wir gerne genommen haben. Das Einchecken hat auch bei später Anreise wunderbar geklappt, da ich alle benötigten Informationen auf meine Mailadresse bekam wie auch die Bedienung des Schlüsselsafes. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend, hübsch eingerichtet, mit sehr guten Betten und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen und fair. Auf Wunsch gibt auch einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und zu empfehlen – mit vielen lokalen Komponenten! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch, so daß man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt. Der gute erste Eindruck vom Telefon hat sich bestätigt und durch unseren Aufenthalt von einer Woche durchgezogen. Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in Buxtehude sehr gut, man erreicht alles fußläufig. Unser Fazit: Großartige Gastgeber – wir kommen wieder!
