I had such a beautiful stay at Velvet Luxe Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Mahendra Poon at the front office—he was incredibly helpful and calm during the check-in process. His professionalism, polite attitude, and well-groomed appearance left a great first impression. The room was clean, cozy, and tastefully designed. The food service also stood out—the meals were absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and served with care. I feel lucky to have experienced such great hospitality. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you, Velvet Luxe Hotel, and all the wonderful staff who made my visit so comfortable!

Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Great food and fantastic ambience. We had great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended for stay at BUTWAL. Hotel is easily accessible near the highway. We had great time. Truly worth visiting.We had amazing momo and chicken biryani was awesome.we will visit soon.

My first experience in this hotel and its newly open. we have visited the Fresh Bean Cafe, where we can get varieties of food and beverages. We had a couple of foods and cold beverages, it was nice. The taste is awesome , and talking about the service, it was a very good experience – very polite staff, and the service is also high-level with an affordable price. I recommend you all visit this hotel once. Especially if you are from Butwal, then you must visit, don't miss this chance. Mr Dipendu makes our time more enjoyable, he is a very kind and helpful person. Thank you!!

It was great experience of stay & excellent service . Room is well upgraded and comfortable, the food quality and service of staff is very well managed and staff were very friendly and helpful . Specially thankful to Gm Mr. Diptendu Maity sir was very nice
