Butuan Hotels with Parking

In Butuan for vacation since it’s been 5 years. Friendly staff..but when we went, I didn’t realized the swimming pool was under repair so that was a little disappointing . I’ll make sure to call next time.

Everytime I come home, Watergate is my home.❤️ My one call away friend, Kate, deserves a big shoutout because she's always helping me with my bookings. I know there are times that she's not on duty, she always finds way to help me. This is one of the good things I love about watergate, they are willing to go extra mile for their guests!❤️ My current stay here in watergate became extra because they prepared a welcome note for me inside my room. Do not ever bother to waste your time or money on staying at a hotel with office staff as rude,arrogant,abusive as the office staff that are employed by GO hotels at this Butuan location, at approximately 1500 hrs or 3 PM Thursday 11 th of August 2022 my Filipino wife attempted to check our family of three into the PWD available rooms that GO hotels advertise, as i myself is a gentleman of 24/7 in a wheelchair, upon approaching the checkin dest at this GO hotel Butuan my wife was immediately attacked verbally by the rude arrogant office staff at this hotel, accusations at my wife of such outstanding completely ridiculous accusations of such things such as ” you are a trouble maker ” you ” are not welcome here ” you ” make complaints about us ” WTH ??? About 3 and a half years ago we did stay at this GO hotel Butuan on a journey to another destination a long time before covid lockdown, these GO hotel staff are racist plus anti PWD people as also i myself am a Reverend minister in a charity o religious organization, finally a Minor office lackey told my now upset stressed angry wife ” you can stay one night but the next night we are fully booked out you must go away ” well this person of low IQ is now playing lord and ruler over my wife and our family, my wife then consulted myself and with the Lords guidance we declaired that if this is the atertude of GO hotel Butuan then they can keep it and bo not need our money, we then proceeded to locate a far better and cheaper that nights hotel, thank you GOHotel Butuan for showing the general public of Philippines what rude,arrogant,racist,anti PWD, sexist staff that are employed by GO hotels at there butuan location, i fully believe GO hotels Butuan should be blacklisted until complete rude arrogant office staff have been preschool in public PR or better still all replaced except for the very helpful doormen, God bless and forgive the GO hotel Butuan office staff for there evilness. Their new guest room is relaxing, comfortable with good room ameneties. The Hot and cold water is functioning well and room has good ventilation. The room is a 4 star! The Resort ambiance is relaxing. Our group had a planning session for 4 days and our function was well coordinated. Their entertainment (The Gems band) is truly a Gem (good interaction with the audience, great voices and they are flexible with the songs that you may request). We all had a great time with the great service and warm hospitality of the staff.

Walking distance going to SM and gaisano, new hotel, clean and nice staff and good free breakfast

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

WARNiNG!! DONT BOOK for THIS SCAMMERS!! We booked a room for 3 people (as it says sleeps 3 for one room) for August 2023 for one night only because we have flight in the morning. I’ve asked for the agent to change my name to my husband’s as I will be late for few hours and I was the one who booked them so I should show my passport and bank card. The agent changed it to my husband’s name and put my son’s name and didn’t include my name! And when ive complaint about it the hotel asked me for a payment of 2500 gbp extra!! Is something wrong with their heads or what?? Then they denied that in Hotel.com website says that the room sleeps 3. They said they only do 2. Then telling me that my son is 14 so he is not allowed in the room. Told them when I’ve booked, it asked me for my son’s age and there was no problem. Anyway I’ve ready all their policy and there was nothing indicating 18 years old above. What disgusting people!!!

an affordable quaint hotel room where you can park your vehicle infront of your hotel room. their rooms are modern with all amenities. the aircon is very cold and tv has cable. the staff are very friendly. we checked in twice here. first when we were on our way to surigao and 2nd on our way back from surigao going back to manila. their restaurants serves delicious food at affordable prices and is good for sharing. must try their bulalo stew. free breakfast if you are checked in and you can eat at their nice clean restaurant. would recommend this hotel if you need to stay for the night in butuan city

I Stayed at the Dotties places hotel with a colleague in January,our original booking was for two weeks but we were both so impressed with the exemplary service we decided to extend our booking for a further two weeks. The hotel is situated within walking distance of local shops and amenities and only a short journey to the wonderful countryside and beaches. We both enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the evening eating the 1st class local cuisine prepared for us by the hotel chef The manager and staff were extraordinary kind and helpful to the extent of working beyond their normal hours to help us with our complicated travel arrangements. I hope to return to the Dotties in the future and have no hesitation in recommending staying at this hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is near almost to every important spot in the city - the airport, the two large malls, the large hotels where events are held, etc. Other than this, the hotel is really very simple. The rooms are below average but sufficient, if one is not too particular. The breakfast is very limited in terms of options and quality - cooking is very poor. And they serve it in styrofoam boxes, which makes it look like food for disaster relief. There is hot-and-cold water from the shower and faucet and the room we stayed in had an electric kettle. Towels are old and the bed and sheets are as well. The door knob in my room, which was on the 2nd floor, was also defective. The staff are nice and do their best but their training with dealing with guests effectively and smartly is obviously lacking. The staff are polite but lack any cosmopolitan flair whatsoever. They also get easily confused. The rooms are very affordably priced, however. Stayed for four nights in August 2024.
