"It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew."

CChary Prochina the travelling Real state agentI book two rooms when i was there.
The first room their bathroom stuck up and it takes almost an hour the maintenance to come we have to call a couple of times.
Our 2nd room the AC is not working in the middle of the night we have to transfer to other rooms.
The bathroom sink is not properly elevated so when in was showering The water stuck up..
Its like a flooded bathroom ,gross.
But i love the food the service people and the receptionist they so great.
I think their rooms needs improvement.

BBeach BudI had a comfortable stay, even just for a night , the rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat...I should have stayed longer but I have ti leave to travel to siargao...the staffs are courteous and helpful the only thing is there is not much food choices when I peek at their breakfast buffet but you can take just one ride to the mall where you can find places to eat and shop, over all, it's very good , will surely book again at the same place if ever I will stay in butuan again.

MMargriet PorferiaExperience was okay. I slept fine in the beds and the staff is nice. We needed to extend our stay but the place was fully booked for a certain night. The staff made sure to put us in a room when a cancellation happened.
Sadly, on the first morning at 6am, there was too much noise in the hallway because of the other guests. The hallway is quite echo-y in general.
The swimming pool to nice to hang out in. It gets cleaned regularly.
Breakfast has a good spread of choices.
The last evening there was some loud music outside and I slept after putting in earplugs.
Overal it was nice but a bit noisy.
