The services is great. I only want to open up about the room condition, when we enter we saw some dirts in the area and there is a booger on the wall. They should have double checked it and also the bed we were using has a hole on it meaning the bed is not in good condition yet it is working it should have been changed. Hoping to stay soon and hopeful for you handle this criticism constructionally.

1 towel for 2 people, 1 shampoo, 1 coffee stick, no drinking water in the room, no toothpaste, no paper during breakfast, no ketchup, no creamer.

It was unclean, there were rats lurking around, there were mosquitoes, and my wife complained about it the worst. She also said that the location was unsafe and inconvenient. However, I am grateful that they gave me a discount for my grandson and sister. I will never stay here again.
This is not about the hotel, but I was disappointed with your operator regarding the checked baggage. I would appreciate some guidance in educating them.

Total NIGHTMARE! the other good reviews are lies. There was a mouse jump out at me as soon as I got in the room. ants all over the floor and mold on the walls. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff REFUSED! They offer a free breakfast but messed up the order and refused to correct it. they said too bad take it or leave it. This place would be shut down by the health department in the United States. The staff would be fired immediately but once again, they refuse to let anyone speak to a manager and no manager is on duty because its a very small hotel, only about 15 rooms. My wife and I are stuck in this nightmare for 5 days. Worst hotel of my life!
