"The service is good, but the security is poor. The place is clean and you can see the sea. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It is quiet. The bad thing is that there is a cctv at the entrance, and everything else is OK"

"Overall ok, just that is an old hotel. Add on 1 night stay and already inform counter, but during the add on day still msg me and inform late charges fee. Then room cannot go in, have to go counter to do it again. But at last counter settle and did not have any extra pay."

"If you want a place with supper, this alley is not the right place but good for an overnight stay. The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!"

GGuest UserNew & Clean around industrial area with Hotel carpark. Near Jln Raja Uda within min by drive not walk. We book family superior room for 3 but with issue only 1 door card. Toilet is not wheelchair user friendly with high stair. After office hours is a like dead town nothing happening unless to Aroma Hotel area. Need car to travel around Bagan/Butterworth, BM n Penang.

The location is near to Penang Sentral that only 3 bus stops away and also near to Tanjung Bersih.
The nearby supermarket is walking distance.

MMZ_LeeBooked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover.
However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

EEastherHi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.
