"Everything in the room was fine, except for one thing: it was not soundproof. Normal conversations would disturb the neighbors, walking upstairs would wake up the people downstairs, and the sound of water running in the bathroom would also disturb the neighbors."

The Oroville area is well know for its water recreation. We have the beautiful Feather River and Oroville Lake. Oroville Lake has one of the worlds largest earth filled dams. Tours of the dam can be made by appointment. Oroville Lake also has some of the best fishing in the state of California. There are at least 2 pro tournaments a year at the lake. The Oroville area is rich in history. The California gold rush started at Sutters Fort in Sacramento and worked its way to Oroville.

"Super clean! I absolutely love that in a hotel. Was quiet in the evening and front desk was very kind. The breakfast staff very accommodating, even the bar staff were upbeat. The vibes this place gives off are positive and wholesome. Definitely my go to spot in Chico."

"Location is really close to downtown but very quiet. Big spacious rooms with good looking furnishings.
Bathroom is very clean and updated with very nice fixtures. This will be my ”go to” hotel everytime I'm in Chico.

"The room was out dated. The A/C leaked water. The bathroom toilet was gross super out dated. The fridge was gross with mildew. We had to clean out ourselves. The shower/tub is very noisy like ur going to fall threw it. The TV mounted on the stand was very inconvenient. We had to switch sides We slept on be a use the TV was literally facing the wrong way. The pool was dirty. Needed to be cleaned. I would not recommend going here again. Unless some things change."
