Pool was ice cold, there was no way anyone was swimming in that. Room wasn’t that clean.

I’m giving this one 3 starts because I think after the renovations are complete, it will be nice. Unfortunately we came in the middle of the reno tho so it wasn’t great. Not awful though. Aside from the wires hanging everywhere under the TV, I thought our room was nice, very clean. It was not the room I reserved though, I wanted 2 double beds and we got a king room -NOT with a foldout couch. We were only there one night so we made it work.
Breakfast was from 7-10am, we got there around 8:30 and not a lot was left, and no plates? 2 out of the 4 chocolate milk cartons I took for our 3-year-old were spoiled, straight up chunks came out and they were dated for 10/12, (this day was 10/8, so not the hotels fault.)
One narrow driveway to pull in to the parking lots and as we were coming in after a long day of travel, a van was being towed and the tow truck was taking up the entire entrance so we had to sit for 15 mins waiting on him, again not the hotels fault but super annoying.
Overall, could have been worse. Once the renovations are done I think it’ll be a nice place to stay. And hopefully more lighting in the parking lot. Front desk lady on Sunday 10/8 was also very nice!

Property was being remodeled, so did not have access to pool or exercise equipment. Outdoor grounds were not clean.

Cup of OJ found in room. Under going construction but that does not mean that the weeds and stuff should be over grown. Trash all over the parking lot. Cleaning supplies let at the end of all of the hallways not secured in closets. Cleaning rooms at all hours. Not what expected from a Fairfield property at all.

on the website it advertised pool. I get there and it is closed due to construction.
There were cobwebs in my room.
The staff didn't know how to get to the hospital a mile away.
I couldn't understand one guy!
I wanted to pay cash when i got there. They wanted to charge me an addtional $100.00! I don't carry that much cash when traveling to the hospital!

They were doing remodeling and it was a mess. The rugs were dirty in our room and in the hotel.

Trash needed to be removed from the outside. It was a big football weekend though.
