The hotel is a well maintianed green environment. The fortress is also on its territory, but closed. The pool is simple but good, not heated, but still usable in October. The beach is sand and rocky, the bay is proof from waves. Premium suite is large with a big bathroom complex, but it has got a lot of small spots: no connector at the bed, small uncomfortable chars on the large balcony, no self/drawer in the large gardrobe, scanic recessed but unconfortable tub, dry-rotten wood surface. The HB is higly suggested. The food is good, wine/water is free for the diner.

The views are fantastic & the grounds, gardens are beautiful a very restful place to stay. Our suite was in the old house at the beach which was in a great position but sp****ly furnished.
The food in the restaurant is average all meals in a buffet style, the resort is geared to the all exclusive customer & there are many cards for towels, bar, rooms etc. The beach area is small & very rocky swimming is difficult, a short walk next to the resort to a sandy beach is a much better option.
Special mention to the front house manager who was excellent by far the best employee.

The quiet atmosphere of this beautiful resort was brightened by a staff that was never too intrusive. Both the cuisine and the service directed by maître Angelo were absolutely top-notch. Both chef Marco and pastry chef Salvo spoiled us throughout our stay, even offering also Sicilian specialties. The view from the room overlooks a castle by the sea and is particularly impressive, especially at sunset.

Attention to detail on the part of the staff. Even before arriving they ascertained the time of our arrival at the facility. Friendly, smiling, helpful and talkative staff. Impeccable cuisine and attentive to various allergies and intolerances. Always alert in the room for every need. Rooms with breathtaking views. Super experience. We felt pampered and welcomed. I stayed at the Falconara Resort with my family and I really found the structure very pleasant surrounded by well-kept greenery. The staff is really friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. Upon arrival we were greeted by Stefania, very kind and helpful. He showed us to the hotel lobby and after a very short time our room was ready. We had a problem with the safe and the facility's maintenance man was immediately available to replace it for us. Note of merit to the swimming pool... small, but well-kept and always supervised by the legendary Tony. Super suggestive castle a stone's throw away...... See you next time Tony and family

Kindness and hospitality are the hosts in this beautiful Resort. We were very grateful for the upgrade given to us on arrival with a sea view room with a private patio offering excellent comfort. I would definitely improve the variety of food in the restaurant and the quality, the sea is beautiful but it is not easy to access it due to the stones present in the shoreline. The entertainment for children is ok but the organization of after dinner absolutely needs to be reviewed, the guests are not involved and offer decks of cards with karaoke in the background. I would go back and recommend it.

After a year of hard work we came on holiday to Falconara with my family. All the staff were very kind and at our disposal. A special thanks to the guys at the reception. Excellent entertainment (the baby dance in the pool was our children's favorite moment) a special hug to Cristina and her boys. Excellent food with really good Sicilian cuisine. We will be back. Absolutely recommended
