Restuarant was very good. Didn't use the pool it seemed dirty and half empty of water most of the time. Great location for exploring with helpful staff.

What a lovely hotel very welcoming Extremely clean, staff attentive friendly, nothing too much trouble .. Food was fantastic everything was done to a high standard and with great care .. Will return owners were extremely kind and helped us with all our travel and transfers.

Be aware / bring ear plugs
The staff were fantastic.shout out to Jeremy at reception. Room was terrific too, unfortunately my room was next to the pool and only 30m from the restaurant which closes at 10pm
Or so I thought, the remarkably selfish owners of the adjacent restaurant, were up to 130 am. I spoke to staff (actually i woke staff) to ask them what was happening. I had to go over at midnight and ask myself.
Managers were very helpful after the event but nowhere to be seen or hea
rd at the time (staff tried calling), i asked about ear plugs to assist but i may as well be asking for a pavlova recipe, as was the response.
it had a big impact on the rest of my day. Had to cancel last scuba dive because i needed to organise alternate accomodation and transport to coron town.
If you like to sleep when you choose to sleep and not have others decide it for you. Go elsewhere or choose a room away from the pool

I’m satisfied with the place it has a Swimming pool, beside there is an Restaurant ! Very Accommodating people, Nice and Clean Rooms, Very nice Breakfast ! My first Time in Busuanga. Maybe Soon with the Family together here . I’ll be back ! I highly Recommend this place for . Also for the First Timer :)

Amazing,
They provide airport pick up and have scooters available to rent at the property. They also have a range of island hoping tours that they can help arrange. The restaurant that is next to the hotel is excellent. Perfect stay thanks again.

Very friendly and accommodating. Queenie and all her staff members went out of their way to help us with everything we needed - organising our boat trips and transfers between places, preparing our packed lunch, etc. Our stay in Busuanga was easily our favourite on this trip - very relaxing and absolutely stress free. We did 2 boat trips: 1) Black Island, Dabotonay Island & South Cay from Salvacion pier; 2) Pass Island & Calumbuyan Island from Concepcion pier. We had to do a private tour on both trips as there was no one to share the boat with. Although it's more costly, it was worth it as we did not have to wait around for people and we stayed as long as we wanted to on each island without having to rush. Black/Dabotonay/South Cay have stunning beaches. While Pass & Calumbuyan have brilliant reefs. Queenie did her best to get us the best possible rate for our boat trips 👍👍👍. I highly recommend White Summerville and Busuanga for anyone who prefers a laid-back, hassle-free kind of place.
