Service was good and the room was clean, shower was super hot and for the price we paid we were really happy. Super close to Disneyland on the metro!

I will not take this again, esp at trip.com service. my prepaid bkg not shown when checked in. this disappointment and surprise never wanted to happen again

I am top tier user in booking , trips etc. I am very rarely rate low for my stays. But this one’s customer service is really bad. Specially with the man called Wolfgang. Very bad experience. They try to charge you extra when ever they can. Location is far from train. Building is old. Breakfast very simple and they charge 10 euro.

Good hotel near Disney, very conveniently located, booked 2 nights to spend the night, hot water, heating, comfortable bed and pillows, really liked everything, were happy!
