"It is a family hotel with complete facilities. It has a large lawn facing Shimabara Port and a bicycle slide for children to play. There is a small children's paradise on the second floor of the new building. There is a hot spring in the main building and the new building. The staff are also very good. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance. We didn't have a reservation. The lady at the front desk helped us talk to the restaurant and let us in. The ordering system was overall very good.
This hotel is not recommended for booking on Ctrip. The agents Ctrip hired, including Ctrip’s specialists, were very unprofessional. After booking, they told me that the reservation was successful for three adults. In fact, I booked two adults and one child (the child is 4 years old). There was a system problem after the reservation. It became 3 adults. Ctrip asked me and the hotel to confirm whether the children can stay. It was very funny. I called and asked for a refund and she said no. Why should the customer bear the risk? Why should the customer bear the risk? The price booked at that time was 1378 for two large and one small. Meals are included, but the price actually includes two meals for two adults in this room type. 4-7 years old only need to pay 1,500 yen (75 RMB) to check in, but Ctrip actually charges the adult rate."

"The breakfast is rich and delicious, with Japanese food and Western style. The hotel is actually a bit away from Shimabara Station, but it can't be reached within ten minutes. There are multiple buses in front of the door, which can reach Shimabara Port to Kumamoto, or directly to Unzen Hot Spring. The hotel room is facing Shimabara Castle, with a wide view of the scenery. It’s not far from the martial arts house. Go out and turn right a few steps to the home of the three Shiba Inu brothers. One more walk is Liyu Street. In short, the price is better."
