"This hotel is a pleasant surprise on the trip, the facilities are very advanced and new, the oxygen is very useful, and the fatigue of the journey is completely relieved. "A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating! Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!"

"The Snow Hotel is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during this trip to Xinjiang. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is polite and enthusiastic, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart rooms make the check-in experience very convenient. Oxygen concentrators and humidifiers are provided in the rooms. The hotel will deliver fruits and good night milk to the room every day. The toiletries are replaced every day regardless of whether they are used or not. The view outside the window can see the snow-capped mountains. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is very good. Datang has free coffee. The overall check-in experience is very good. I recommend friends who come to Tashi County to stay!"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. All the hotels I booked in southern Xinjiang were excellent. I booked this hotel because the room had oxygen, and I was worried about altitude sickness for my children. The room also had two queen beds, making it perfect for a family trip. The room facilities were excellent. Although it only had three floors, there was an elevator, so I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness when carrying luggage. It's very dry in Tashi County, so I had to use a humidifier at night."

"Excellent right from arrival till departure. We were pampered! Hotel is super clean no smoke smell and brand new. And the hardware are of quality and good workmen ship. Will last long! Rooms are spacious with separate toilet and bath. Bath floor is anti slip which is very essential for elderly. Beautiful design! Oxygen and humidity provided with a mini fridge! Welcome gifts are delivered by the cute robot with delicious almond and sweet raisins! Every morning they asked how was our night! The bed is super comfortable not like those lousy spring beds in more expensive hotels! Plenty of restaurants around and BEST is just opposite the town square where lots of activities going on. No need to take taxi. They are very concerned about your wellbeing and asked if we are ok after every visit to higher attractions! Highly recommended to every one"
