"The hotel still has a bit of smell, no breakfast, and a fat waiter with a very bad attitude asked us to cancel the Ctrip room and buy a new one at the front desk. Hotels in Horgos are really bad. We initially booked a designer hotel, the lobby was on the 12th floor, there was only one elevator, we didn't even wait for ten minutes, the door was under renovation, it was a mess, I checked out with my elders and came to Vienna, but they insisted on not refunding. The hotel parking lot is in the basement, so it is too intimate to find a parking space under the big sun. The lobby is bright and tidy, and there are lobby service robots. The handsome guys and beauties at the front desk are even more enthusiastic and warm. They smile and guide them throughout the check-in, and carefully remind nearby food and attractions.
What surprised me most was the room configuration, there was a separate washing machine and a small refrigerator! For passengers who have lived for more than a week, it is just needed. During the business trip, they wash and dry their clothes. The next day they can go out refreshingly. The small refrigerator is also super convenient for fruit and drinks. Every day before going out, I will go to the lobby to use the free coffee machine to make a cup of hot American, the taste is not lost to the chain coffee shop, the details of the intention can be seen.
What touched me most was that the next morning, when I took the child downstairs for breakfast, the baby accidentally knocked over the milk. I was busy cleaning up. The duty manager immediately brought paper towels and wipes after seeing it. I squatted down to help me wipe it together, and gently coaxed the crying baby.
